- Deux places de stationnement hors rue adjacentes fournis.
- Le niveau principal dispose d'un nouveau plancher de bois franc, une cuisine entièrement équipée, grande table à manger, belle salle de séjour avec une nouvelle coupe, cheminée en pierre, une grande télé à écran plat et lecteur i-pod. Également situé au niveau principal se trouve une zone de couchage avec un lit superposé complet et une salle de bains attenante avec douche. Unité de climatisation installée.
- Le niveau supérieur a une nouvelle moquette, des plafonds voûtés, un lit king size, une salle de bain complète, une cheminée, une télévision à écran plat, une unité de climatisation installée.
- Le niveau inférieur est lumineux et comprend une nouvelle moquette, deux chambres à coucher, une avec un lit queen et une avec 2 lits superposés avec un total de 4 lits jumeaux. Les deux chambres de niveau inférieur ont salles de bains adjacentes.

This property has all the little extras that are always needed. The kitchen had a variety of seasonings, cooking oil, zip locks, etc. The unit had plenty of paper goods, extra towels, fans for white noise, and games to play. The shuttle system is very easy to use.

Great Location

Place was great! Spacious for 2 families and loved the 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Location was great. The Canyons shuttle was easy to use and has door to door service! Clubhouse heated pool was nice also!

Great place for a ski visit

The property was exactly as described and very comfortable. The small personal touches from the owners made it feel very welcoming and great for two families. The plush throw blankets on the couch were especially a hit.

Great location, especially in the evening it’s possible to ski back to within a couple blocks. Shuttle worked well too. One glitch over housekeeping timing, which I only mention to share our host went above and beyond to fix. Great stay!

Perfect Park City spot

This was a cozy spot for our families to have a ski weekend in Park City. It had plenty of space and a great living room where we could all hang out (huge comfy couch). The free shuttle to/from the mountain was an incredible perk and made it so easy for us to come and go, even at different times. We are hoping to stay there again next year.

An outstanding townhouse & location. Love the convenience to the mountain as well as Main Street PC. Townhouse is absolutely beautiful with all the amenities that you need. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of space. Cozy & welcoming.

We had a great time. Location was great. 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the cabriolet lift. They had a well stocked pantry with essentials such as spices, coffee filters, etc. it was a perfect fit for two families with 5 kids total. The living area was a nice size for all of us to fit comfortably. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Ski Townhouse

We had an excellent time in Park City. This unit had everything we needed and some. Susan was an excellent host and she answered all of my questions promptly. The unit is just a cpl of blocks from the base but the CV connect shuttle buses will pick you up right in front of your door. Would definitely stay again

Great apartment with wonderful service

We came to ski and snowboard and this apartment just gave us a place to relax everyday. We can all spaciously have our own room and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We will come back to the same unit if it is available next time.

Great Location! Great Communication!

The townhouse was close to Canyon’s Village. Canyons Village Connect shuttle service was always available and always on time. The condo was nicely appointed. We rented near the end of a busy ski season. The unit was comfortable, warm and in overall good condition. The unit could have had a better cleaning, but the manager was attentive and willing to correct any issues. Our group of 6 really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Winter Wonderland

From the moment we walked up the stairs into a beautiful, open space, a well lit living room, dining area and a kitchen counter full of snacks and goodies, our hearts were so happy! All of the bedrooms and bathrooms had all of the amenities we needed including Native brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was coffee to be made every morning, and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. It was the perfect space for our three small families. The Canyons Connect was reliable transportation to the slopes and the Canyons area. The Clubhouse was about 100 yards from the townhouse which had two hot tubs, a heated pool and a sauna that our group enjoyed most evenings. The owner was wonderful with communication and very accommodating with us for an early check in. We would definitely book this townhouse and stay here again!

It was ok

Booking was easy and location was very good. The house is old and in need of some upkeep, or maybe just deep cleaning. The appliances are not great. The oven did not work properly, toaster and coffee maker need to be replaced, and the washer/dryer are super small. There is no place to put your ski gear at the end of the day. The bedrooms downstairs have no light and stay cold while the upstairs master gets hot. It is not a bad place to stay, but do not be expecting great. I think with a few little changes it could be a lot better.

We are sorry that you were dissapointed. It is our goal and intent to maintain the home at a 5-star level with every detail thoroughly thought out. We were surprised that you felt the home was old. It has recently been entirely remodeled including new furniture (including super comfy suede sectional sofa in living room) and all new hardwood flooring and carpet. We were not informed of any appliances not working, however, we have replaced the coffee maker and toaster. Another surprise comment in your review was that the lower level bedrooms are dark - we love the lighting - the windows are large and the rooms get lots of natural light.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed!

We were 4, “50-something” ladies on a girls ski trip. Accommodations were great. Very clean and everything we needed. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Property manager was super responsive to any questions we had. Only slight drawbacks were the following; bunk bedroom off the kitchen is very small and there’s no place to hang any clothes, so we had to use the hooks in the common areas. No big deal but if more people were staying, it might’ve been a little cluttered. The shuttle to the ski lift is free and very convenient but at peak times can take up to 20 minutes to arrive so plan accordingly. and lastly, the “hot tub” is at the clubhouse which is just a short walk, but was packed with tons of people - we only tried it once. All of that information is listed accurately in the description so there were no big surprises. Just a little context for consideration. Would definitely recommend this property and the property manager to others!

Great place for a ski weekend!

We stayed for a ski weekend with friends and really appreciated the convenience of getting on and off the mountain with the cabriolet lift and the canyons village connect shuttle. The property manager responded and sent someone quickly when we had an issue with the upstairs toilet.

Great Place!!

Two family father/son trip....two dads and 4 boys....plenty of space and everything we needed for cooking and daily needs. Coffee bar was great! Boys loved the pool. A bit of a walk to canyons lift but very doable. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return!

near Canyon Village, no car necessary

We took a shuttle from the airport. About 100$per person roundtrip. You can walk 10 min down to the connecting Cabriolet lift. Also the CV connect app is very convenient if you don`t want to walk at all. They pick you up for free. Three of us had a car which we only needed for arrival and departure and twice to go shopping. Busses run all the time for free. The place was very clean and comfortable. A second king size bed would have been perfect. There are lots of beds in the condo. The heating works, but you have to figure it out first. The temperature on the dial is not accurate. In the basement it needs to be dialed up to 75 or 80. In the master bedroom it is steaming hot, so you need to dial it down in the living room for comfortable temperatures. We loved our stay. We were 6 people.

Great property within the Canyons Resort area - perfect for families!

We had a great stay at this property. The listing was accurate, the property manager was prompt in responding to all of our inquiries, the location was great (just a few minutes on a free shuttle ride to the base), every bedroom has a bathroom which is great for groups, and it was a great set up for families!

We are from Arizona where all of our family lives. We have been married for 20 years and have two amazing boys. We love doing family activities like skiing, scuba diving, ATV riding, and mountain biking.

Over the years we have frequented Utah and Park City as a ski destination. After our most recent ski trip, we started looking for a place of our own, something we could use for the long haul. When we returned to look for something in the early summer, we realized how much we truly love this versatile town. There is so much to do year round. With Park City Mountain and Olympic Park's summer activities, including zip lines, bobsleds, alpine roller coater/slide, hiking and biking, we could be busy year round!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location of our townhome/condo makes it perfect for everyone. The Canyons is on site and one of the best ski destinations in America. Deer Valley and Park City Mountain are a short 5-10 minute drive. The local free bus system makes the shopping and restaurant amentities of Main Street easitly accessible. Our location also has a clubhouse with swimming/spa, tennis, and volleyball as fun summer activities if you want to BBQ and stick close to 'home'. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there is plenty of room to travel with family and friends to share the fun and expense of the rental.
