Wonderful Chania

My daughter and I had a fantastic holiday in this property. It's well located in a quiet spot about 10 mins walk to Chania Old Town. Everything we needed was provided and we really appreciated the air conditioning! Katerina was a fabulous host - very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely return and would recommend to others. Wonderful House in Local Neighbourhood

Katerina was very communicative before and during our stay. The house is finished beautifully, and very well outfitted. We enjoyed the small outdoor terrace. The only negative was the limited space for clothing. Since there were only 2 of us we used the loft for our bags, but it was still tight. Street parking was not an issue - if not available right in front, we found a space just around the corner. We loved staying in a local neighbourhood and enjoyed exploring the lovely streets, and finding the fantastic Pitses Ble only a 10 minute walk away, for pizza and pasta, with a wonderful bakery across the street. The 20 minute walk to the beach and half hour into the old town was terrific. We felt extremely safe and returning after dinner, the streets were busy and well lit. The archaeological museum closeby is not to be missed!

Petite maison bien située très propre et fionctionnelle. Voisin très sympas comme tous les crétois .

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, alles super durchdacht eingerichtet, alles was man braucht, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Es gab ein kleineres Problem mit der Klimaanlage, das sofort behoben wurde. Die Gegend ist super entspannt, nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Es gibt gute Restaurants und Cafés sowie einen Supermarkt um die Ecke. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Häuschen jederzeit wieder mieten. Danke an die Vermieterin für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

The PERFECT Cretan holiday home!

Our stay in this traditional Cretan home was perfect. From the initial contact prior to booking and then throughout the entire process, the communication was always exceptional. The home itself is beautiful! The renovation was clearly done professionally and thoughtfully. It is very spacious and has everything you need. The location was perfect. It’s in a very quiet area and yet there were also lots of places to go that were close by. There are many supermarkets and several bakeries and shops nearby for anything you may need. We never had any issues the entire time we were there and we spent 7 nights in the house. The home was very clean, and everything was new. The AC worked well, and the wifi was also very reliable. There are solar panels for the hot water so there was never an issue. It really felt like our home away from home. When we initially found the ad, we were very hesitant about booking it because there were no reviews online (as it was a new listing) but everyone handling communication for the property were all very honest and helpful. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and we had contact information for anything we needed throughout our stay. We are very happy that we decided to stay in this home. We would definitely highly recommend it!
