Incredible place! We really enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful and walkable to so many things downtown and on campus. There are great spaces to gather and plenty of places to find some quiet as well. Kristiana was very responsive to all of our questions and I would love to come back and stay again!

Stayed here for my dad’s celebration of life ceremony we had on the river close to Gay street. This place was great and everyone loved it, the only bad part was no freezer or ice on the main level otherwise the place was great!

Beautiful surprise

We overall loved our stay in this home. It was very close to everything that we needed and we did not have to go far to do any activities. Our only concern were the number of stairs. Although it had an elevator indoors, it would have been nice to not have to deal with any stairs or a very slow elevator.

I was there with other creator and business partners to attend a conference and absolutely enjoyed the space. We were the talk of the conference. It was absolutely beyond our expectations and the pictures are great but being there in the moment is what made it soooo worth it. The host was on point and addressed any and all of our issues. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to impress and stay in a very amazing and spacious as well as very well put together space. Thank you for hosting us this is our new space when we return.

Great for our large group!

Our team was blown away by the space! They raved from the minute they walked inside. While we were close enough to walk to everywhere we needed to be, we had privacy and time to bond as a team since were not staying at the hotels with the rest of our convention participants. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and were excited to go home with clean clothes instead of having to laundry when they returned from our long, draining convention. We would definitely stay here again (and probably will)!

Absolutely stunning. The most spectacular property in the best possible location. Walking to Market Square for food and drinks is a breeze. The home itself is simply beautiful. Knoxville is an amazing town and these properties in which I have been entrusted to are in the heart of downtown Knoxville. I grew up here and am most excited to be sharing Knoxville with people from all over. There are always fun things going on in Knoxville. Market Square, the Old City, and World's Fair Park always seem to have something happening. And then there is always Tennessee football!

The Smoky Mountains, in all their splendor, are right outside our back door. Whether it's a hike in the mountains or a bike ride around Cades Cove, east Tennessee is one of the most beautiful places to visit, or even better, call home!
