This was one of the cleaner VRBO properties that I have stayed. check-in had a small hurdle, as the key fobs were recently updated prior to our arrival and failed to work properly. But we had good communication with the host and were given the gate code to enter the property. No real issues or concerns with the place and we would recommend it to folks needing a place to stay near MD Anderson.

This was a wonderful experience! Myself and the other guests really enjoyed the ease of access to everything locally. The Gyro Guys restaurant was a fan favorite for us and it is in the same building. Thank you for such a fantastic Vrbo experience and we would gladly return if we are in the area again.

The location of this place was amazing. Easy walk to good food and the med center. We had some issues getting checked in but once that was sorted, the stay was great. The host was very responsive when I reached out.

The apartment was comfortable and very cute. The location is excellent and was convenient to everything we needed to do in Houston. Parking was easy and directions were easy to follow. Safe building and quiet at night. Host was responsive to questions. Thank you!

Perfect place. It’s close to the hospitals. My husband had an Ablation done. It’s convenient, close by, clean, security garage and excellent communication. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

It was very beautiful. Great area and perfect for what we were looking for. However, we didn’t get there until 1am and had no code to get the key which was a nightmare after driving 11 hours. Also, since we didn’t get in until late, there was a light on that came through the bedroom window. It would have been nice to have curtains to block that out. At 7 am, it was almost like having the lights on. Overall the place was clean and as described. The trouble getting inside left a sour taste in my mouth.

Perfect for us

The rental looks exactly like the pictures and bigger than we expected. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was about 15 or 20 minutes away from everything we went to including driving downtown to DreamCon. It is located right down the street to NGR stadium and if this place is available we will stay again when we come to see the Texans play. The host responded to all our inquiries promptly and was very gracious to us.

60th birthday celebration

Place was nice and just as pictured. Only complaints are the secondary bedroom was freezing no matter how high we turned up the heat and the bedrooms didn’t have tv’s! As a person who likes to watch tv in bed, this was definitely a disappointment to me ( probably told me this in listing and I didn’t catch it)

Loved everything about the stay

This condo was wonderful very spacious and family friendly we will definitely be booking again.. I just didn’t know how to work the air conditioning so I was cold the whole time

Convenient Location; Good Host; Problems with Facility

When we first arrived someone was parked in the spot reserved for the VRBO. Host was easy to contact about that (and about other things) and car was eventually towed. Location is good. Parking garage is tight.We were in Houston for Medcenter visit. Be aware - while room is on ground floor there is no way to get to it without climbing four steps (no ramp). Not wheelchair accessible. The apartment was not particularly clean (hair in the showers and on some towels) and the heater was not working (this was during freezing weather from a polar vortex). Host tried to get someone to repair heater but no one ever arrived.

Great place!

We were welcomed with a beautiful smell in the apartment as we as a clean and tidy place. Beds were very comfy! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Very convenient and walking distance to NRG stadium.

Nice and close to Hospital

This is a really nice 2 bedroom apartment, is about 5 blocks away from Hospital center as well as NRG stadium, amenities are nice as well, parking spacious and safe.

Great stay in medical district

We had a great stay in this apartment. The host was quick to respond to our only question. Once we found the entrance gate at the back of the building it was very smooth.

Couple retreat

We had an awesome time the place was spacious and beautiful exceptionally well kept. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to the weather it rained all wk, which gave us time to enjoy the accommodations. We left something a the host was gracious enough to send them to us. We would definitely stay here again.
