We enjoyed our stay so much. Our Host TonyaWas exceptional. We are here on a Medical extended stay for MDAnderson And she helped us on so many ways. We were Blessed to have her. The room was large and all comfortable bedding and accommodations. The courtyard was so pretty and we had a balcony to enjoy coffee from. It was so quiet ! We slept sooooo good every night we were there. I hope to stay again and highly recommend this host and this property

The apartment was just ok, nothing special. The floors were dirty, very few dishes or pans for cooking. There were only 4 towels and washcloths in the place. No pot holders, dish cloths or towels. It was convenient to the medical center though which is what we were there for.

This place was much more spacious than anticipated and very clean. Host was very responsive and took care of any issues quickly. Definitely a place we will keep in mind for future visits.

The location of this place was amazing. Easy walk to good food and the med center. We had some issues getting checked in but once that was sorted, the stay was great. The host was very responsive when I reached out.

This was a wonderful experience! Myself and the other guests really enjoyed the ease of access to everything locally. The Gyro Guys restaurant was a fan favorite for us and it is in the same building. Thank you for such a fantastic Vrbo experience and we would gladly return if we are in the area again.

Perfect place. It’s close to the hospitals. My husband had an Ablation done. It’s convenient, close by, clean, security garage and excellent communication. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

We were welcomed with a beautiful smell in the apartment as we as a clean and tidy place. Beds were very comfy! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Very convenient and walking distance to NRG stadium.

The check in process is very complicated! I I realize this is downtown Houston but a heads up about the check in process would have been nice! It took about 30 minutes from the time I got there to actually walk into the condo. Codes, retrieving keys, down loading an app, scanning app to open two doors then walking about half a mile inside the complex to get to the room. I had my 87 yr old mother in law so it was terrible! Once we got in, the room was not as clean as places I have stayed before. There was NO hand soap in the bathrooms or any kinds of amenities like that throughout the place. Coffee was instant coffee. Absolutely would never stay there again.

I apologize for your experience. The app is a new process to the complex so we are still working through the issues. However the app was sent to you well before your arrival and was recommended to download prior to your arrival which would have assisted with the check in timeframe. I will also speak to my cleaners regarding the cleanliness and ensuring that the soap I provide is placed out for the guest which should have been done. I do thank you for booking your stay with me.

Nice and close to Hospital

This is a really nice 2 bedroom apartment, is about 5 blocks away from Hospital center as well as NRG stadium, amenities are nice as well, parking spacious and safe.

It was the perfect set up for our family trip to Houston. Within walking distance to NRG Stadium and just a quick drive to so many fun family activities. Tanya was wonderful with the booking process and answered several questions I had. Would highly recommend her place!

Great stay in medical district

We had a great stay in this apartment. The host was quick to respond to our only question. Once we found the entrance gate at the back of the building it was very smooth.

This was one of the cleaner VRBO properties that I have stayed. check-in had a small hurdle, as the key fobs were recently updated prior to our arrival and failed to work properly. But we had good communication with the host and were given the gate code to enter the property. No real issues or concerns with the place and we would recommend it to folks needing a place to stay near MD Anderson.
