This house is the epitome of indoor/outdoor living with pocket doors that open up the entire first floor to the backyard. Enjoy sunset drinks on the front porch overlooking the front yard. The backyard includes a 6’x10’ spa, an outdoor BBQ with sit up bar for four people and outdoor fireplace. Perfect for warm Coronado nights. Inside you can head down to an oversized finished basement that includes a 70” TV, pool table, sectional for 8 people, fully equipped bar with dishwasher, beverage fridge, sink and four barstools. The basement also includes a full bath with large shower and a laundry room with an additional full refrigerator/freezer. Upon request, an additional sleeping space can be added which included a queen air mattress. This is the first of two laundry areas. The second laundry is a stacked unit in the primary bathroom. Primary room includes a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with shower, tub, dual sinks and private toilet room. Bedroom 2 is located in the front of the house with French doors to front balcony. Room includes cal king, smart TV, en suite bathroom with shower, toilet, and single sink. Bedroom 3 includes full size sofa sleeper or can be used as a lounge area or great sleeping area for kids. This room will have a separate door access to bedroom 2’s bathroom.
