Welcome to a modern twist on rural living. Casa Pioneer is a 1500 sq ft craftsman style, single level home in a new, centrally located development with easy access to restaurants, shopping and highways to help you navigate to the surrounding towns. Equipped with beautiful stainless steel appliances, has an open floor plan, complete kitchen, fiber optic internet, lots of natural light, fenced backyard with a covered patio and handpicked comfortable furnishings.

Our space is very light and airy. There is lots of natural light and plenty of working space, including a 25in computer monitor for easy laptop connection and an electronic standup desk. We provide complete access to the attached two car garage as well as driveway parking; street parking is open to everyone. Home also includes a large fenced backyard.

Keyless access for easy check-in.

Casa Pioneer has outdoor security cameras installed at the front and back entrances.

The hosts responded extremely quick. Answered all questions we had . The location was perfect for us and the home was exceptionally clean. Would highly recommend and if go back to Hermiston again this is where we will stay.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful stay. Staying in town to visit family. We usually stay in a hotel but decided to book a house instead. Great location, clean, and plenty of space. Host left us water and a treat. Which was a nice surprise. Would book this place again for next yeats trip.

Christmas in Hermiston

What a wonderful property to spend time with loved ones over the holiday. Pictures do not do this property justice. Comfortable, quiet, safe and a great location. This house has everything a family/group could ask for. Plenty of room to spread out, yet be together. This one is at the top of our list when visiting Hermiston. Hosts were easy to work with and very pleasant. Five stars isn't enough for this property.

Beautifully decorated and well appointed.

After a slight glitch with Google maps sending us to the wrong address - i was able to call the host. Even though it was late she answered and was able to get us right to the correct address. She stayed on the phone to make aure we got in the house safely. EvEverything

Great for the elderly/family time

This house was perfect for an extended stay with my 85 yo Mom to visit family. She has dementia and is wheelchair bound so we needed very few environmental barriers and options for resting in the common area with enough seating for guests. This house delivered. The house was easy to get into and around, the layout was great (easy for her to alternate naps on the couch and family visits) and very comfortable for everyone. The garage entry was perfect and allowed us to avoid the weather/keep her warm getting inside. The owners were also easy to contact, quick to respond, helpful/understanding and graciously allowed us additional time at check out. Definitely will be back.
