Carefree Cottage is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom pet friendly cabin in Hochatown, OK. Carefree Cottage is located in the Sunrise Ridge East development. This cabin is privately managed with no extra fees. The cabin is located just minutes from popular restaurants, Beavers Bend State Park, and the beautiful Broken Bow Lake. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king size bed.

Carefree Cottage is the escape you have been looking for. Carefree Cottage has an open living and kitchen concept. Barn doors separate the master bedroom from the living room giving you privacy when needed. Carefree Cottage is nestled in the woods and a perfect location for a relaxing getaway.

Pet friendly with a $150 pet fee (max 2 pets). Additional pets are subject to an additional $50 fee each and must be approved by owner. A signed rental agreement will be required prior to your stay. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance through VRBO.

Cabin was very clean and well organized. Arrived and opening the front door you could smell how fresh and clean the home was, including gas fireplaces lit and glowing. Hot tub was freshly cleaned as well and very relaxing. We were there on weekdays and it was very peaceful, quite and relaxing.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Carefree Cabin. The house was clean and had everything we needed to "get away"! The bed was comfortable and the house felt very private set back off the road in the pines! We enjoyed the hot tub and back porch as well as the fire pit. It was a great way to unwind an active day. Very accessible to Hochatown restaurants and activities. Short drive to Cedar Creek Golf Course.Jennifer was responsive and welcoming! Thank you for opening your cabin!

The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was close to shops and restaurants but far enough away to enjoy the quiet setting of the woods and able to relax. The hot tub on the patio with a TV was a fantastic perk. The hosts were very communicative and replied quickly when there was a power outage in the area that only lasted a few hours. That was greatly appreciated. We would 100% stay her again for our next anniversary. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

The Carefree Cottage was the PERFECT cabin for a nice quick little getaway for my boyfriend and I. We loved how clean it was upon our arrival and how cute and cozy it is. The hot tub is heavenly and so is that soaking bathtub in the shower. I wish I had something like that at home lol. We hope to take another trip up here next year.

The cabin was so amazingly, beautiful! They pulled out all the stops with the build in this place! Nicely done! Amenities all there. The only thing I would say is we wished there were recliners in the living room with the tv being so high. Still a place I would love to visit again!

Great couples getaway.

We stayed for 3 nights midweek and the cabin and location were perfect for us. We enjoyed the ease of check in and ample privacy in this clean, well stocked space. We had our morning coffee while enjoying the silence on the back porch.The location is a mile from anything you could want, we greatly enjoyed the breweries and restaurants that were all a short drive.100% would stay again.

We love traveling to Hochatown/Broken Bow as a family and decided to build our own cabin to rent out and help others make memories. We built Loblolly Lodge and started renting it out in July of 2020 and sold it in April 2022. We opened Sweet Sunrise, our second cabin, in July of 2021. Carefree Cottage is our third cabin. All of our cabins were designed, built and decorated by us! They are our home away from home! This cabin is not managed by a management company. We will personally answer any and all of your questions before, during and after your stay.
