Jonni, I hate that you feel our property was lacking. We take great pride in making sure our guest enjoy themselves. I will have our House Keeping look into the sofa and shower curtain. I will replace the coffee pot. We hadn't had any complaints so I was unaware that it was not working properly. We did have a "gully washer" that night with high gusty winds. I will have maintenance look in to that problem as well. Thank you for pointing these out. As far as the loft and the latter all the pictures of our cabins clearly show that there is 1 bedroom downstairs and the other beds are upstairs with a latter entrance. Although I am interested in how you were able to take both mattress from the loft and throw them in the Livingroom floor. You also chose to leave them there instead of putting them back where they belonged. We also noticed that the smoke detector had been pulled out of the wall with wire damage. We were unable to locate the smoke detector until my housekeeper and office relief personal found it under the bed while they were reassembling the frame to the queen bed. The frame had been completely unassembled with the mattress laying partially on the floor. None of this was mentioned prior or at check out. With all this said.
