House in the woods.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was conveniently located to the nearby towns and hiking. The owners sent over fresh eggs which we really enjoyed and appreciated. We would stay here again in the future.

Relaxing stay

This was our second trip to woodland retreat. It did not disappoint. Such a beautiful cabin and serene location. We really enjoy the peaceful feeling of sitting on the front porch and just enjoying the quiet surroundings.

Cabin was perfect!

I would definitely stay here again. Close to town, easy to get to, and has a nice wood cabin feel. No issues during our stay. The fireplace is a wood burning opposed to the gas, which I liked. The hot tub worked great. I would recommend to others.

Relax and Recharge

My wife and I stayed at the Woodland Retreat cabin for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle. It was exactly what we needed and the cabin was wonderful! We spent time on the porch in the mornings and saw plenty of deer and enjoyed the cool temp. The hot tub was super relaxing and the location was great. The hosts Malory and Juan were so communicative and responsive! 10/10 will come back!

Enjoyed our Stay

Stayed here for 4 nights and the location was great for us. Close to what we wanted but far enough away that we felt secluded. There are other cabins in the area but they aren't right on top of each other. Loved having a wood burning fireplace and the hot tub. Owners left fresh eggs for our stay, which was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Owners are very responsive to questions and gave us suggestions for things to do and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Small cozy place. Decor was impeccable. Loved all the nice touches. Definitely a cabin feel! Location not secluded, can hear neighbors. This cabin has a lot going for it!! Towels were fresh, beds were super comfy. A welcoming gift of farm fresh eggs was delightful! Some solar lights need replacing however, the lights on porch near hot tub were so romantic and well appreciated. Lighting is good outside to fire pit! Can purchase wood if you like. Road and driveway are very doable! We had a great stay for our 27th Anniv!! Thank you Jose & Malory. PS Our dog loved it too!!

Finally!

A place that will exceed any weary,well-seasoned traveler's expectations! When you first arrive, you are greeted with the most beautiful rendering of what a private get away should feel. From the clean, rustic floors, to the quiet modern touches that make this particular property a must see! Not only do you have the fun option of burning wood at either the fireplace or outside at the fire pit. If you don't want to burn a fire, a digital fire on the tv with ambient music is the way to go for uninterrupted relaxation. Your fur babies will appreciate "talking" with the neighbors dogs from the upper level screened porch, as will you while soaking in the heated bliss of a well kept hAhhhhh!! Book today!

What a wonderful getawat

The place was in a quiet, remote location. The cabin was very clean, and very cozy. We felt right at home, and didn't want to leave! The property managers checked in and made sure we had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. We had everything we needed!

Amazing Cabin and Relaxing Location

You won’t think this place is wonderful as it is until you walk in a realize how nice and comfortable the home is. But, the location is as just as special as the home. We saw tons of deer every day. Sitting on the porch just watching the trees and listening to the birds - so relaxing. And the location is convenient to so many places - Blairsville, Blue Ridge, etc. Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely cabin that invites relaxation!

This cabin has everything we needed for a relaxing mountain retreat, whether we were staying-in or as a place to come back to after enjoying the area's many activities. The wide, screened-in porch was our happy place - the hanging chairs were so comfortable we were in them at all times of the day and the hot tub was so soothing. The owners have done an amazing job with the decorations and amenities. We will definitely be back!
