This two-story home in Anchorage is a real treasure offering the best of both worlds. Its 1960s charm is evident, with spacious rooms that feel like a warm hug. And if you hear a little squeak from the upstairs floor, well, that just adds to the charm, doesn't it? You might even use it as a built-in alarm system to catch anyone sneaking your last slice of pizza! With all the delights of Anchorage just outside your door, you'll never be bored.

The home boasts a cozy 3 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom layout with one king-sized bed and two queen-sized beds. Plus, there's a roll-away folding bed that can be set up anywhere in the home to accommodate your group. Upstairs, enjoy the beautiful living room with its open-concept floor plan, comfy sofas, and a top-notch LG 4K OLED flat-screen TV. Listen to vinyl records, watch movies (we've got Netflix, Hulu, a selection of Blu-Rays, and Disney Plus), play board games, or simply unwind with a hot cup of coffee or tea.

Downstairs, Bedroom 1, the Master, features a king-sized bed (with a Novaform memory foam mattress) and premium Stickley furniture. Across the hall is Bedroom 2, with a Novaform memory foam queen-sized mattress and plenty of space.

In Bedroom 3, you'll find a plush Sealy inner spring queen-sized bed in a room adorned with just the right amount of vintage charm.

The full-sized bathroom at the end of the hallway comes with a large tub and premium toiletries.

Although the home comfortably accommodates 6 people, a 7th guest can stay on the living room sofa or the roll-away twin bed (with a memory foam mattress). While we're happy to host all 7, keep in mind it is a 1630 square foot home.

While Anchorage offers fantastic dining options, our kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook up a storm.

FAQ: The kitchen and living room are on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs. This property may be challenging for guests with limited mobility due to the stairs required to access different areas of the home. There are two sets of stairs inside, one at the front and one at the rear, providing easy access to both levels of the house.
