LIVING AREA
With overstuffed leather couches and armchairs, the warm and inviting living room offers an ideal social space. Gather for a movie night on the 50in TV with Blu-ray player, or enjoy evening fun in the basement game room with a foosball and pool table.
KITCHEN & DINING
The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, a double sink, a fully-stocked spice rack, and ample serveware. Perch at the kitchen bar for appetizers. Gather at the six-person table for meals.
BED & BATH
The spacious primary bedroom offers a California king bed, fireplace, 40in TV with Netflix, private balcony, and a sofa bed. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a twin daybed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, while the third guest room includes two full-size beds. A guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half bath is located just off the kitchen.
OUTDOOR AREA
Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the outdoor areas of this home are particularly relaxing. Grill dinner on the barbecue while watching the sunset from the backyard. Dine alfresco with ample seating on the deck.
THINGS TO KNOW
This home has an automatic generator in case of a winter power outage.
The pellet stove in the living area is not available for guest use.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ).
