The spacious patio is adorned with string lights - perfect for outdoor relaxation, day or night. Walk to gorgeous beaches, including Corona del Mar and Little Corona. Enjoy fun in the sun, or claim a beach fire pit as evening falls. Or, stroll to local restaurants, boutiques, and a hiking trail. World-class shopping is a short drive away at Fashion Island. Stop off at Inspiration Point to experience breathtaking views about a mile and a half away. It’s a short walk to the outlook and inspiration points and a foot bridge will take you out to the restaurants and shops

The open living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. A mirrored wall, skylights, and plenty of windows fill the space with natural light. Sit back on a sofa while watching a movie on the smart TV. A dedicated desk area provides an ideal home workspace. Release your inner chef in the well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of appliances and gleaming granite countertops.

Stretch out on the bed while watching shows on the smart TV. Vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows fill this space with natural light, while a mobile air-conditioning unit provides added comfort. Sip morning coffee on the private balcony furnished with a bistro table. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

My family loved this place. Not to far from the beach. You could even see some water from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again

A Piece of a Paradise

Absolutely amaizing, very clean, and really convenient place to stay. This house has everything you need for the nice relaxed vacation: good amenities, walking distance to the beach, and a local grocery store. The house itself is very comfort, bright with a nise place outside to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. And of course location, location, location- you cannot go wrong staying in Corona Del Mar. The only issue is the parking: on Mondays and Tuesdays they have alternating sides of the street sweeping, plus weekends and holidays there are a lot of beach goers, so you might find parking not right across the road but maybe 50 yards away.

Wonderful, updated home.

We loved this property! It was immaculately clean and updated throughout. It has a lovely private courtyard and is only a block from the ocean. It was comfortable and quiet at night. The property managers were available via text and quick to respond. Only suggestion is that it would be convenient if they provided the wifi password and garage code inside the home once you’re checked in. (Those were the 2 reasons I needed to contact them). But like I said, they responded immediately so it was not an issue. We loved the location of this property! It’s on a beautiful street and close to the beach and town shops and restaurants. We ate at the Rose Bakery Cafe and we highly recommend that too! We would definitely like to return to this property.

Pretty nice ...

Area is great. Can walk to a great bagel shop over the footbridge. Beach is very close, great houses around, neighborhood was safe. Outdoor area is nice, needs cleaned, but good. House is dated, minimal decor, nice large, smart TV. Plenty of space. The week we were there, was unseasonably hot. A/C couldn't keep up and upstairs A/C only blew warm air. Called Vacasa, maintenance team called me, he was very nice. Gave me some tips on how to fix it, but couldn't make it until later in the day. We were leaving the next morning, so told him not to worry about it and that we'd try the ideas he had mentioned. Unfortunately, the A/C never worked. If the A/C were working properly, probably a 4 star. House was good, nothing great. Definitely needs upgraded/updated, but would stay again as the price reflected the condition. Would have gladly paid a bit more for a bit nicer amenities.

CDM close to beach

The best thing about this property is the fact that it’s 2 blocks from the beach. However the house is very old and dated and in need of some upgrades. The bed upstairs was very squeaky and bouncy and the downstairs bed was rock hard. No Kleenex which is crazy. Weird wiring such that you can’t make coffee and run the dishwasher? Not great to have an unsafe situation with the electrical. Again location is amazing but nothing else special about this place. We didn’t cook at all and was just fine for a place to sleep and relax at the end of our days. Probably wouldn’t ever stay here again. Also there is a garage which we were given the code to only to find a golf cart parked in it so we couldn’t use it. Not ok at all. Thankfully there was plenty of street parking but during high season this would be a problem and it says there is a garage for use which was not true.
