The home is walking distance to town center, shopping and dining options (The Greek Spot Cafe), Yale Milford Hospital and Silver Sands State Park. Stephanie was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood right on the beach. The house can stocked with mostly everything you needed for a family getaway.

The house was just perfect for a three night stay for parents weekend! I loved the feel of the inviting home equipped with everything we needed! The location was lovely situated right on the beach. Wonderful views, great accommodations

Our family has such a nice time at this amazing property. Nicely appointed, thoughtful extras, new and modern upgrades. Owners are super easy to communicate and helpful. You may not ever leave the beach; especially with the outdoor furniture, beach toys and fire pit all in the backyard.

Great little Getaway

Stephanie's beach front home was the perfect moms getaway. The weather wasn't great but getting a front row seat to watch the storm come in from the ocean was also fun! Stephanie provided a ton of great recos on where to eat and what to see. She was very accomodating and super sweet. We had a great stay :)

The best place to stay !

The most amazing beach house !! Very clean , and decorated beautifully ! It was a great house to wind down and relax . Stephanie is super sweet and so attentive . The house was stocked nicely , and the beach views were incredible . She truly was the greatest host . I highly recommend this place .

Family Time

We had a fantastic stay. The house was lovely and everyone had their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed. Being directly on the beach is amazing. We spend most of our time outside enjoying the patio, we cooked a lot of meals as we enjoyed just being outside right by the ocean. The Greek Spot up the way has great food. We also enjoyed the Mediterranean Bistro. The house is very well maintained and clean. The host is very responsive. We highly recommend this home for anyone wanting a vacation on the beach.

A beautiful stay on the beach!

I had the absolute best birthday weekend at the Palms. Beyond the absolutely gorgeous views of the water, Stephanie really nailed every detail of the house and had everything we needed. The welcome gift was so lovely too! And she was available all weekend for any needs we had along the way. I can't recommend this house enough! We will be back!

Best rental experience ever. Stephanie is an outstanding host and the property & amenities are to die for. We were so sad to leave! Better in person, the ocean view is absolutely stunning! A++!! Relaxing week on the beach

Beautiful location on the beach. Amazing attention to detail in all the necessities for our stay. The owners are an amazing local family. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio, margarita machine, palm trees and outdoor games.

This property is situated in one of the best beaches in all of Milford and can easily be voted one of the best in CT. The rental home is not monstrous BUT it has by far the biggest oversized patio for entertaining. Completely renovated with modern simple coastal decor and amenities that don't overlook all your needs. The less you bring with you the better, we try to provide everything you need to make your vacation easy and memorable. Truly the most INSTAGRAMABLE home on the strip....
