This beautiful 4bedrooms 2.5 baths is located in a gated community. The house is walking distance from Walmart and Patient First clinic and 5minutes from the Atlanta Motor Speedway. The garage can hold two cars inside and two other cars outside. Please note that a small security deposit ($100-$250) may be required and fully refunded at check out upon no damage. Relax and enjoy.

Very Convenient and Clean

The house was very clean and super convenient for our 2 week stay as we were working at the Atlanta Motor Speedway which was only a 3 mile drive. The only downside was the limited parking. The garage door was not hooked up when we stayed, so we had to park a couple of cars on the street which seemed to annoy the neighbor and HOA. It simply couldn't be avoided. But we would definitely consider staying there again.

Could have been cleaner..

Upon arrival there were no clean towels. I found every towel from the house in a dirty laundry basket so I washed and folded them… same issue with dishes. Dishes were put in the dishwasher but clearly not clean so I ran those and put them away. The house was just not clean to a standard of a Vrbo. Honestly, the house was left in better condition when I left than when I arrived so I’m not sure why I’m being charged a several hundred dollar cleaning charge. Other than that the house was fine. The pantry was stocked with ramen and cereal which was kinda nice. Only the master bedroom and living room had a TV. It’s a great place, but I wish it had been presented in a better condition upon arrival.

Nightmare Stay — Disgusting PropertyI've used VRBO several times in the last few years and never had such a horrifying experience. We rented this property before driving from Virginia, informing the owner we'd arrive late. Arriving shortly after 1 a.m., we did a walkthrough and found the place to be dirty and not very well maintained. Messaged the owner but did not get a response until way later.Refrigerator shelves were broken, and all surfaces were coated in dust and stains There were clean but heavily stained towels. A previous guest’s loofah in the shower and fecal matter under the lids of all three toilets in the home confirmed the home was not cleaned. I had brought Lysol wipes to spot-clean, but the mess was beyond the cleaning supplies which I had brought

Hi, this is pure retaliation as the guest just wanted to cancel last minute and get a full refund so she threatened with a bad review. Our property is loved by all of our guests. Please be nice and truthful.
