The host was very responsive to messaging. We stayed over the holidays and she offered to put up a tree, a nice touch. Linens, pillows, and towels were high quality in plentiful supply. We enjoyed the accommodations.

Week Long Stay

Stacy was great at communicating throughout the rental process. We had one small issue during our stay and she provided resolution within an hour. Place is comfortable and well decorated.

Beautiful home, great stay for our family!

Our family of four plus two dogs needed a last minute stay due to work being done at our home. This home was very conveniently located, just a few minutes from Pleasant Park, where our boys had games all weekend. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture, and everything we needed for our stay. Walking distance to a brewery and restaurants in downtown apex as well. Owner was very responsive to all questions and inquiries via the app. Highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway in Apex

The location of this house is perfect if you’re interested in exploring Apex. The house was exactly as described, very clean, stocked with all the necessities, comfortable bed, quiet,. The house is conveniently located across from a small park with a basketball goal. Will definitely come back when we visit the area in the future.

Clean, comfy and wonderful!

We loved our stay here. I have a bad back and I’m always concerned about getting a good sleep when I’m away from home but the bed was wonderful, I was able to sleep and didn’t have any pain in the morning! It’s clean, functional and in a good neighborhood. Stacy is amazing! She went above and beyond to accommodate us and made our stay stress free! We look forward to staying here many times in the future!

Home Away From Home

We booked this home to visit family during Christmas. The home is beautiful, clean and at the perfect location. Not to mention styled to perfection, I took some decor tips home with me:-) Best, mattress we have ever slept on. The home was located across from a park which was great for our dogs (would be great for kids to) and the location is an easy walk to downtown Apex! We will def book again when traveling to see family.

Lovely home

House was decorated tastefully and was very roomy. Loved the 1st floor King bedroom and mattress was very comfortable. Eating table & proximity of the kitchen to living area was perfect. Would prefer a blanket on bed rather than a feather/ fader /duvet cover. Otherwise, we would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect for USA Baseball Players

The property is gorgeous! We were in town for an opportunity with Team USA baseball and couldn’t stand the idea of a hotel, again. The property is a quick drive to the training complex (12mins). The finishings in the new house were welcoming. We enjoyed being able to bring along our dog. The area and property are definitely pet friendly. We look forward to staying again and again for all of our visits to the area.

Peak City Perfection!!!

This is a very desirable home and among our best experiences on VRBO. The home is tastefully appointed with comfortable and welcoming interior designs, including hardwood floors. The kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances. Plus, the floorpan is great and beds are particularly comfortable. Our host, Stacy, was very responsive and welcoming. We stayed for 6 nights, but we would've been comfortable for a much longer stay. This will be our first choice when returning to Raleigh/ Durham area.

Perfect Place to Stay in Apex!

We had such a wonderful stay! We came for a family wedding weekend and wanted an vacation rental instead of hotel to bring our pups and have room for our 18 month old to play. With a king master downstairs my parents (the grandparents) were super comfortable and had privacy. My husband and I and our son stayed in the 2 bedrooms upstairs which was also perfect! The owner Stacy was so sweet and accommodating. When there were no coffee filters for the coffee pot she had some sent over before we got up on the morning! We honestly couldn’t have been more grateful for having such a gracious host and a lovely and comfortable home to stay while away!

Nice House, But There's a Catch

Very nice and very new house in a neighborhood that is not good, the latter of which should be disclosed to any guest who is unfamiliar with the area. We are tidy guests and usually vacuum / clean during longer stays, but the vacuum cleaner was just a DustBuster on a stick. It would have been nice to vacuum up all the dead/dormant grass we tracked in from the backyard, but we did our best.

Tyson thanks so much for staying with us, its unfortunate that you felt this way about the neighborhood as we have never had any issues, it is in a great neighborhood, very safe and just blocks to the quaint downtown historic area. People rave about the location!! Apex is one of the safest communities in the area. Also we do provide a stick vacuum and a broom and dustpan and during our several conversations I would have gladly brought another vacuum to you when you requested more toiletries when I asked if you needed anything else and you said everything was great! Im glad we could accommodate all of your other requests and hope you have a better experience next time.

Clean and overall very pleasant. Advertised fire pit rusted out and not functioning. Master bedroom bathroom shower slow to drain and toilet needed to be reset to keep from running several times. Ceiling light and fan didn’t function. We tried every switch and couldn’t find one to operate. Front door keypad also not functioning,

Kristen we are really taken back at this review. I re-read all the messages from your stay and never once did you ever ask about any of this or say anything. We let you know the electronic Schlag smart lock had a failure that day and ordered a replacement. There was a lock box for you to use. Like most homes. And the ceiling fan has a remote control so this must have unfortunately been user error as it works just fine and no one has ever had an issue. I wish you would have asked me as I checked in with you several times. We had no idea the shower was slow to drain til the next guest informed us and the plumber was there with in the hour. And we have had any issues with the toilet either. It’s a shame you had to leave a review which looks like all was either a user error or could have been rectified in minutes had you communicated. Moving forward communication is the key when using VRBO as that will make your stay for enjoyable. I suggest you do that in the future instead of just putting it in a review.

Apex "Gem"

This was one of the nicest houses I've stayed in. Everything was in pristine shape and everything we needed to enjoy a nice weekend getaway. There are some restaturants within walking distance and a very quiet quaint neighborhood. Stacy was wonderful and very repsonsive. We will definiltey be back and highly recommend!
