This beachblock, 2nd fl., Efficiency Unit with 1 Bathroom, is just steps from the beach. The unit offers a galley style kitchen, dining area and living space with full size bed and full size sofabed. The complex has a pool, cable, and WIFI. Comfortably sleeps 4. Must provide linens and towels.
One mile to Wildwood Boardwalk and Centennial Park. Half-mile to Lakeview Docks for watersports on the bay. Two miles to Cape May National Wildlife Refuge. 20 minute drive to the free Cape May County Park and Zoo.

Great location but not a relaxing place

Pros : - Absolutely great location near the beach, parks and bay - Big pool not too crowded - Condo is clean - Easy parking space Cons : - Not a relaxing place : lots of parties, drunk teens, loud music at the pool - Nobody there in charge so everybody does what they wants - Pool (including chairs) area completely locked at 8:00 PM - Kitchenware is minimal, hard to cook with what is in the kitchen (we had to buy a pan) - A/C is loud when trying to sleep (wich you need because of all the noise)

The property was clean, safe, well maintained, was very close to the beach and had a pool to enjoy. We were able to walk to some things but most activities required a vehicle or a bicycle.

Perfect getaway!

It was a bit smaller than anticipated. But we made it work. Loved the pool and the neighbors. Loved having a designated parking spot. The full kitchen came in handy with 2 young ones. Would def return!

Amazing location - walkable to so much (steps to the beach!) yet super quiet. Place looked exactly as advertised and was clean. Easy to find, easy parking/check in, we’ll definitely book again!

Perfect location, small-small space, fair price at $109/night.

I might have misread the description, but I thought it said "one bedroom." This is not a one bedroom. It's an efficiency--basically a hotel room with a kitchen. To fit in two beds, they both, including the fold-out couch, had to be doubles. Okay for one person, a bit tricky for two (though couples used to sleep on double beds!). The kitchen is very small and only basically equipped. I had to bring in a kettle in order to boil water. I also had to bring in a footstool because I am short and could not reach the microwave, which is on top of the fridge. The price was right for such a small space. All that said, the room was quiet, the location perfect, the pool lovely, and the owner communicable. It's a really good place for one person, possibly two, but 4 is a stretch, even if 2 of them are kids.

Awesome stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. You cannot get any better location to beach, pool and to the local park/splash pad for kids. The pool was gorgeous and the grounds were very well kept! The room was very clean. We couldn’t ask for a better stay!
