Breath taking waterfront property

I have spent all my summers in Wildwood NJ. Coming from Philadelphia, my family ran businesses down in Wildwood for the summer months such as a water ice stand on the boardwalk and managing hotels on Lincoln Avenue. This gave me, my sisters, and brother the opportunity to play on the beach all day, work on the boardwalk at night and make countless memories with our summertime friends. We have managed to keep the traditions of boardwalk nights and long days on the bay going with our own children, grandchildren and lots of nieces and nephews! We are passionate about our home here in North Wildwood and would like to welcome you to all the fun it has to offer!

We are on a quiet street, but close to all the fun. If you have a big family or a friend group and would like to rent the space that everyone feels comfortable, this is it. When you walk through the fenced in yard and up the steps into our home you will find two rooms on the first floor with an entertainment room, and desk area. Off of this, is a screened in porch with a powder room that you can spend hours playing cards, making popcorn or relaxing in the shade. If you take the walk up to the second floor using the main stairs or the two sets of spiral stairs, you will be in the open kitchen and living room area along with 4 bedrooms and 2 lofts. There are bathrooms throughout. Our house also includes a kitchenette for an extra oven/fridge to help with hosting. Past the rockers and onto the main deck there is an outside bar area that includes a grill, 2 refrigerators and seating for 10 under a full enclosure with a tv and access to music! There are countless activities outside such as Bago, fishing, floating and swimming. Easy walk or drive to restaurants, night life, the boardwalk/waterpark, mini golf, beaches etc!
