Chaque salle de bain a une douche, lavabo et toilettes. La maison est suffisante pour une famille jusqu'à 5-6 personnes.
L'espace extérieur offre beaucoup d'espace pour jouer et s'amuser. Pour se détendre est une piscine de 4 x 7 mètres sur la zone extérieure créée. La maison a une très belle vue et une atmosphère calme. En voiture ou en transports en commun est à environ 5 minutes sur la plage et dans le centre-ville. Pour l'aéroport environ 15 minutes en voiture.
