Lovely & Convenient Property

The Powhatan is a charming property with lovely grounds and an old manor house. It's perfect for a stay in Williamsburg. Great location...convenient to the College of William & Mary and Colonial Williamsburg. I will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at Historic Powhatan resort, but never in the newer area. Unit was beautiful, spacious and located close to amenities. Would definitly stay there again.

Extremely clean and nice place to stay. Amenities were amazing, lots of options for family activities. The suite had everything we needed (towels, dishware, cleaning supplies, etc). Ladies Golfing Trip

This property served our needs perfectly! Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. It is close to golf courses, grocery store, and restaurants. We plan on returning next year for our golf trip. Check-in was a breeze.

Great Family Option

This rental had plenty of space for our family of four. It was nice to have the linens and amenities. We enjoyed the walk ability of the property and the playground. It was very close to quick restaurants and Starbucks. It was perfectly located close to colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. We will stay again when we are back in the area visiting family.

Exceeded Expectations

Our place was nicer than anticipated and perfect for a family of 5 attending Williamsburg over a long weekend. Josh was great I’m providing check in details and being thorough in the process of staying on a resort property. We will definitely be back!
