The apartment was immaculately clean and newly renovated. The property manager remained accessible throughout our 27-day stay, promptly addressing any queries and concerns. This exceptional property is highly recommended, and we intend to return in the near future.

Wonderful Apartment

This apartment is just amazing! It has everything you need. Wonderful view, location, privacy, security, etc. Claudia and Javier are lovely hosts and if you need transportation use the wonderful service of the great Aycardo. He is respectful and honest. These three people are a wonderful teamwork. Thank you guys for making my stay pleasant. God bless all of you.

Must stay if coming to cali Javier & Martha are great hosts

I stayed at the property and anyone coming for a short stay for medical reasons it’s very close and very affordable If your staying longer the only down fall is the area not much to do or see The host Martha and Javier were too notch and always quick to respond to any issues that came up and they arranged for my transport to and from airport The property is feet clean and nice only down fall is if your coming from American and Canada and staying for a long time and don’t plan on eating out Has no regular toaster just a toaster oven and the washing machine is tricky to use and has very low water pressure and doesn’t have hot water and no dryer machine so uou will have to hang your clothes outside to dry And shower has low water pressure had an issue with the water pump but Javier sent someone right away to fix it so overall I will give the place a 9 out of 10 and 10 for service So if your coming to Cali and don’t want to spend those insane rates at hotel and eat crappy food stay here at this property it’s convenient and only 30-40 mins away from airport
