Newly remodeled garage apartment in the middle of it all. We are located a block from the bricks of Camp Bowie and only 3 miles from the Stockyards, TCU, Downtown, West 7th, Cultural District, and the New Dickies Arena. UNT Medical Center is directly across the street.

Open the private gated entrance to the stairs leading up to the charming 1930's garage apartment. With so many windows it is open and bright and feels like a private retreat right in the middle of the popular West 7th / Cultural District. This 450 square foot charmer meets modern day luxury and conveniences.

This little gem features a full-size kitchen with gas stove, air fryer and a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils, pots & pans as well as a Keurig coffee maker. The living room has seating for 4 and has luxury furnishings such a new Bernhardt leather sofa and a New 65 inch Samsung Smart TV with Bose sound bar and woofer. Streaming services are available for your use and the wireless Internet is lightning fast. Walk down the stairs to a private outdoor area for you to enjoy under the hanging lights and fenced in courtyard. There is even a grill if you would prefer to make dinner!

If you want convenience and to experience the historic Cultural district in Fort Worth this is your place! Dickies Arena is a 15 minute walk, museums are a 5-10 minute walk. Several restaurants within walking distance (Piola Italian is steps away) The stockyards are minutes away as well as the museums and all Camp Bowie and 7th Street have to offer.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Fort Worth. The location was perfect—just minutes from the Cultural District and Dickies Arena, which made getting around super convenient. Perfect Spot!!

We came into town for a concert at Dickies Arena and this was the perfect spot! within a mile of the arena, in a very safe, quiet, and clean neighborhood. It was exactly as described !! Will stay again if in the area.

Great little place!
