Royal Kahana end unit condo 620 offers what need to make lasting memories in comfort and private. The master bedroom includes King size bed, with private master bath and its own private access to the lanai. The second bedroom has 2 Full size beds. The condo is central air conditioned for your comfort with high-speed Wi-Fi and 3 smart TVs for your pleasure.
Royal Kahana resort is on the west side of Maui, nestled between Ka'anapali and Kapalua. It is a premier oceanfront resort right on Kahana Bay. The Royal Kahana resort is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants (within walking distance). It is just a short ten-minute drive to the historic whaling town of Lahaina, the many shops and restaurants at Whalers Village Shopping Center in Kaanapali Beach, along with world-class golf at Kapalua Bay.

Due to the Royal Kahana being directly ocean front, the beach is at the influence of mother nature throughout the seasons, which will influence the appearance, size and access. There are several year-round beach access points within a short walk.
We do not charge a resort fee as most on Maui are now charging; however, the resort has implemented a parking fee $18/night per car that is payable at check-in at the resort when you arrive.

Air conditioner did not work properly, there is not beach directly in front, wind blows through the unit quite bad, needs an update. Otherwise clean and well stocked kitchen, and storage with beach toys and chairs

We loved the location, very close to so many amazing beaches and restaurants. The host was so responsive and accommodating, very nice. Check in was easy, condo was clean and had all the necessities. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Family Vacation

The unit was just what we needed. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Beach access and pool were awesome. Plenty of turtles at the beach. Just far enough away from the hustle of the hotels that the evenings were quiet and relaxing. No crowds! I highly recommend.

Two bedrooms, balcony with partial ocean view. Very helpful and generous host. The northeast coast of Maui is windy with frequent but brief showers. Verdant and colorful countryside.

Stunning views and well stocked unit

The host had the condo very well stocked! Paper products, kitchen items (pan spray, tin foil, garbage bags, coffee filters), laundry detergent, hand soap and even shampoo and conditioner! There were beach towels, beach chairs, toys for kids (if you have some) and even flippers! We had a slight issue with the Air Conditioning and they were out to fix it within the hour! The ocean, pool and mountain views are amazing! The condo is a bit smaller than the photos online; however, it was spacious enough and we were very pleased! The grilling area was "extremely" clean and the pool nice a peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

The host never contacted me to see how we were doing - the home itself had so many problems the worst is that there was mold smell from the walls . I doubt that the host/owner has been there or there would not be so many problems - for 2800 . Great Host!!

We had a really amazing time at this great property. Lots is space to spread out inside the condo. Tons of extra towels, bedding, paper goods, spices. We barely needed it, but great to have the dual-zone a/c! BUT the best part was the amazing host. Van was so kind & attentive ! He offered us an early check-in on our arrival day & no-rush check out. We had a brief moment when the keyless entry didn’t work properly, and he came over himself in 15 minutes to fix it. Great location….walk to Maui Brewing Company & Miso Phat. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Affordable comfort with an amazing view!

We had a great time staying at the Royal Kahana for Christmas! This condo has a little bit of everything that made our stay comfortable for the whole family. The Pool is well kept and there are plenty of pool chairs. There is no direct beach access, but there are plenty of beaches less than 10 minutes away. I think this actually help you feel a little more secluded! The resort is older, but well kept. It is quiet and just minutes from all the activities and shopping at Whalers Village. The room was clean, with the exception of some leftover ice cream in the freezer from the previous occupants. The room is imperfect, but the view and relaxed, calm atmosphere easily makes up for any complaints if I were to want to list little things. I have to mention that the bed and pillow combination were perfect and blackout drapes are always appreciated when I travel. I slept great. Would definitely stay here again!

Great time

We were comfortable, the pool was nicely heated and there's plenty of parking. Beach access was a little tricky due to big waves and anti-erosion sandbags but we managed it. Had a great time.
