Excellent property

This was our second time staying at this property. It’s in a great location, has excellent amenities and floor plan, is overall highly recommended. We’ll be back again!

Beautiful & Relaxing

The property is absolutely beautiful and we had a great time while there. The property manager was easy to work with and quick to respond when we had questions. We had fun sitting out on the back deck watching the golfers, taking our dogs for a walk around the neighborhood, and enjoying all that McCall has to offer. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

McCall House

House is decent. Very cheaply made. It seems like the home owner built the house themselves and cut every corner possible. The HVAC system consisted of ceiling mounted units. Those units are powered by a unit attached to the side of house that borders the master bedroom. When trying to sleep, the unit sounds like an idling diesel engine. It was so loud that we had to sleep on the opposite side of the house. Driveway also wasn’t plowed until the third day we were there.

Michael, We are sorry the home was not up to your standards, but glad you found it very clean and roomy. Thank you for bringing the HVAC system noise to our attention, we have pulled the units and are servicing them to rectify the problem as this is a high-end system that should be quiet. Had we known while you there, we could have addressed this sooner to make your stay more comfortable. As stated in messages during your stay, we were not aware the plow had not been over to you. As explained, we are on a snow plow route based on snow fall, I am glad we were able to get the drive plowed within 30 minutes of you bringing this to our attention and have addressed the issue with the snow plow company. We have also added addition resources to assure plowing delays do not happen again. Thank you for staying with us and enjoy the New Year.

Pros and Cons overall great

I will say that this property has many Pros but a few Cons, here goes. Pros: very nice setting to walking paths, in town to do’s single level home with a very nice kitchen that is well stocked and nice sofa for cozy gathering and t.v watching. The long driveway and garage is very nice as well as the game boards and puzzles for a cozy evening. The Cons: There is not one hanger closet or even a hook to hang your coats and sweaters, no hanging ability at all anywhere in the home. The heating system is very loud so if you are sensitive to loud humming noice, it will be hard. The last thing, bring your own pillow…the ones in the home are like bricks! I understand that this home is newer and needs some touching up but be careful in one of the bathrooms, the shower curtain is not secure and will fall down if not careful. Overall a nice home for the price! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Brand New McCall Home / Perfect for Everyone

This house is brand new and perfect for any type of group you may have. We had some adult kids and some younger kids and the house perfectly accommodates everyone. There are two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms that are very spacious and are perfect for larger groups. There are two more bedrooms that have great bunk beds and the both rooms are extremely spacious so the kids had plenty of there own space. The main living area is large and very well laid out. The kitchen is was beautiful had everything we needed. The adjacent living room had a great large TV and the best couch for winding down with a movie after a full day of activities in McCall. The house is located right by the 4th tee box of the country club and we enjoyed watching golfers come and go. The Main living area has beautiful windows so even when we were inside the views of the golf course are beautiful. The house allows dogs and this house is truly DOG FFRIENDLY. Our dog loved laying around on the wood floors but could easily go out side and roam around the yard without getting into any trouble as the house is on a very private lot. The overall location was perfect and we could be downtown by bike in 10 minutes. It is just far enough away from town to be very quiet and yet close enough to be downtown in minutes. Communication with the host was spot on and there was a personal note and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we walked in the door. We have high expectations for our vacation rentals and this was perfect.

Great family house on golf course

Stylish new home with a huge main living area. Our two families stayed very comfortably and Amber was very responsive when we needed anything.

Perfect home & location

Beautiful home, brand new, excellent location, absolutely perfect for 2 families with kids. Loved the kitchen. Peaceful, private location. Loved the nearby bike trails. Great hostess, very nice and responds right away. We absolutely loved McCall and Payette Lake and would love to come back and stay at this same property!
