Great group get away

13 family and friends (3 families) for a week ski trip. Both houses were perfect. Clean, conveniently located, well equipped. Host was easy to work with. We would love to stay again next year. I highly recommend this for a large group.

The houses were perfect for our family’s needs with people traveling in for a wedding, with two houses side by side and a patio between. For accessibility, the top house had no stairs. Both house have a first floor master with bathroom. They do have traditional bathtubs. The hosts kindly rushed to allow us to check-in one hour early, prior to our rehearsal start time. The houses were reasonably clean. The communication in the day of check in was great! Communication between the reservation date and check-in date was quite slow/delayed, which created some anxiety on my part.

Friends Polar Express Trip

What a memorable weekend we just had staying at the Neal’s property! Our group of four families and our gaggle of kids were all greeted by Christmas music and a festive tree to kick off our Flagstaff trip. Sarah, the owner, as well as the house cleaner, Vanessa, were very gracious to allow us an early check in (this also was possible as there was not a prior booking the day before). Our group was very appreciative for their hospitality to check in early as we had tickets to the Polar Express and wanted to get settled and a nap in early for our littles. The property is convenient to get to and close to all the fun! For activities we did the Polar Express and Bearizona and the house is a short drive. For large groups with little kids this setup of two homes located steps apart is fantastic! It’s so close, our baby monitors worked between the homes and the adults were able hangout after the littles went to bed! Each home is thoughtfully decorated and comparable. We all had such a wonderful time that we’ve decided this must be an annual tradition! Thank you Neals Family for sharing your homes, we can’t wait to come back again!

The property is well equipped with everything you need and is very comfortable. The location is great. We had no problems and Sarah was readily available if we needed help.

We are the Neal family, avid travelers and adventurers who love to stay in and enjoy airbnbs around the world. We are brothers (and sister in laws) who built and raised our kids on this property in neighboring houses and when it got time to size up... we decided we would facilitate other family's adventures by making our homes into the rentals we had always dreamed of. We did all the renovations ourselves, (the first home in 2018, the second in 2022) and since we have a love for great design, we poured ourselves into making these homes extra special for guests!

We spent our whole lives in the area, also owning nearby businesses in Flagstaff and Grand Canyon. This gives us great local flair for giving insight into the best ways to see the area. We hope people will enjoy the fantastic location and the gorgeous views from a decks that brought us thousands of hours of enjoyment! We have tried to equip it with everyone one can think of for your stay especially those traveling with families.
