This lush condo in the Akiskinook resort is newly renovated and expertly decorated with a tasteful African theme. Stay at our beautifully furnished, fully equipped condo to enjoy your vacation. Steps away from the amazing amenities Akiskinook has to offer there is something for everyone here. Bask in the sunshine at a gorgeous private beach with a boat launch, or partake in some friendly competition at the rec centre`s pool table, tennis and squash courts, ping pong and more!

Living Room
The living room features a 51` big-screen TV connected to a Roku Stick, allowing you to log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use. Use the wood-burning fireplace to help set the mood in the evenings.
The sofa also turns into a fold-out queen-sized bed which can sleep 2 people comfortably.
There is also a selection of board games for your pleasure.
Kitchen
This is a fully stocked kitchen, recently renovated with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

- Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals
- Serving utensils
- BBQ tongs
- Complete set of knives
- Coffee maker
- Waffle Maker
- Kitchen Aid Mixer
- Food Processor
- Crock Pot
- Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.
Included Consumables:
- Coffee, tea and sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Ketchup, mustard, and relish
- Dishwasher tabs
- Paper towel.
Primary Bedroom
Features a luxurious queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens ensuring the perfect night`s sleep.
Patio
Backing onto a green space and lots of comfy seating, it`s the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or morning coffee. The grill will work great all year and comes stocked with propane.
Laundry
There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.
Parking
You will have access to a dedicated parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the main parking lot if needed. All visitors are required to place a parking pass on their vehicles for the duration of their stay.
Consumables
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
Check-In/Checkout
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.
Please note that the unit does not have A/C (air-conditioning) and firewood is not provided.

Akiskinook is a unique place in the Columbia Valley located right outside of Invermere in the Windermere community. Akiskinook is the perfect place for your vacation; gain access to the indoor pool and hot tub, games room, gym and the private beach. Enjoy the sunshine at the outdoor parks and tennis courts. If you want to explore the Valley more, within 15 minutes in each direction, you can find a number of things to do.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on the property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please leave the community keycard where you found it in the unit upon checkout. If it is lost or stolen there will be a $100 replacement charge. If you lose it during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can get one quickly for the next guests.
7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
8. You will be provided with the Akiskinook Rules in your rental agreement. Any fines that occur during your stay will be charged back to the renters whose name is on the reservation.
