Ground Floor layout:

Bedroom 1:
Located on the ground floor, with access directly to the patio, rest in a boho and modern room, with the comfort you need in a large area , with a work table and the natural lighting you need. In this room you can have a King bed that can be separated and converted into 2 beds. This bedroom has a ensuite bathroom with walk-in closet.

Open living room: A comfortable living room with a smart TV, everything comes perfectly together in an open space with the dining room and the kitchen overlooking the pool. If you leave the pool door open you can enjoy the relaxing sound of the waterfall by the pool. Nothing more relaxing than that!

Next to the kitchen we made a special cellar where you can store your favorite wines, mezcal and your tequila.

Patio:
Enjoy our beautiful patio with an outdoor pool with waterfall, outdoor shower and half bathroom.

First floor layout:

Bedroom 2: You will find our 2nd bedroom with a King bed and fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in closet.
All the details inside the walk-in closet are made of wood, to give it that natural atmosphere.

Bedroom 3: You will find our 3rd bedroom with a King bed, a large balcony and fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in closet as well.
The rooms have large windows and blackout curtains so you can sleep peacefully without the sun waking you up.

You have a work area if you need it and small living area with a sofa bed and Smart Tv

Terrace layout:

At the terrace you will find a long table for 6 people hand made by Mexican artisans perfect to share a good brunch or dinner with your friends, a wonderful Jacuzzi, a full bathroom with a skylight shower through which the sun enters and bathes you in natural light, a kitchen with a refrigerator and a perfect spot to see the sunset and read your favorite book.

You will find a bluetooth speaker to set your favorite Tulum playlist.
