Add to all this, there are amazing red rock views from inside and out & you can watch sunsets from the private rear garden. The property is walled for your privacy and Fido's protection but that does not obstruct your views.
Beautifully decorated with a mix of Old Sedona charm and modern features and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, washer & dryer and the full bathroom which has been updated & is attractive with a tub/shower combination as well as a lighted vanity mirror. Now also featuring the private BUNGALOW (casita) with additional queen size bed and en-suite bathroom plus a kitchenette. The front and back patios and gardens are great places to relax outside with views of red rocks in all directions as well as shade trees and flower gardens inside this fully fenced property. The back patio has outdoor dining with tables, chairs, a fire pit with seating area & strings of soft overhead lights. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds & dressers plus closet/hanging space. There is private off-street parking for 2 -3 vehicles in the carport/driveway at the side of the house. We are centrally located in Uptown and also just a few minutes from the Sedona Film Festival. We are also close to the staging area for the annual Sedona Mountain Bike Festival.
