This vacation rental welcomes you in with a wall of floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, an open floor plan, and plenty of desirable amenities both inside and out. If you're planning on cooking at home, you'll find everything you need to prepare full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Dine together indoors at the table for six, or head out to the balcony to indulge in an al fresco experience.

Great Stay, But bad Management.

The place itself was great—clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location close to everything we needed. However, the experience was slightly dampened by the building management, who came across as rude and unwelcoming. It’s unfortunate, because everything else about the stay was really enjoyable. With better hospitality from management, this would’ve been a five-star experience.

Beautiful condo view

we have booked this condo three years in a row. The view of the beach is spectacular, as the back wall facing the gulf is floor to ceiling windows entirely. the bedrooms are spacious with a private bathroom for each. The pool is clean and has more than adequate seating. Highly recommend

The bathrooms were clean and the view is great, that’s about it. DO NOT rent this condo. It smelled like a sewer, the deck furniture is dirty and old. We barely had any kitchen items, as well. It took a couple days to get a response when I tried to contact someone about the issues. It’s not worth the price. We have stayed at multiple different condos within Sanibel and they were awesome, never had one complaint about any of the others.

Uncomfortable beds and no blankets

The condo was in a great location and spacious but the beds were uncomfortable and had no extra lines for the pull out sofa, or pillow cases for the extra pillows and there were only light sheets on the beds, no blankets. We called customer service for blankets and they said those were not provided, but someone brought two light weight blankets on Tuesday.

Fun week

We enjoyed our time at Sanibel 1204. Beautiful view of the ocean from living/dining room. We needed more blankets and customer service was quick to bring those to us. You will have to make a run for some staples: coffee filters, s&p, toilet paper, paper towels, extra kitchen towels and dishcloths.

Great location, adequate unit.

Unit is in a great spot with a great view. Easy beach access, and easy parking. But the unit itself is very underwhelming. Super cheaply and sparsely furnished, with zero pride of ownership visible. But it’s a great location and the balcony is amazing. So for us, overall, worth it.

Second Stay at Sanibel and It's Still Just as Lovely as our First!

This condo on the 12th floor of its building has an INCREDIBLE view with comfortable bedding, a lovely deck, and is simply a joy to vacation in all-around! What's more, for beachfront real estate, the price is remarkably competitive! Highly recommend!

Running toilet

Stayed a week, the hall toilet ran the entire time even after calling vacasa the moment of arrival. The hot water heater closet has a sewage smell that Travels into the hall way. Cleanness in a whole of the condo was a bit on the dirty side. (Tub would not drain, removed big pile of hair out of drain) There is a lose ceramic tile in the middle of the hall way that you may want to walk around before it breaks. A/C is #1 coldest room on the gulf coast! Make sure you bring you a blanket..

Gorgeous View!

This was a wonderful condo to stay in for our beach vacation! Only a block from the public beach entrance, this place gave us a gorgeous view of the beach! Clean sheets and towels along with adequate amenities.
