Welcome to your home away from home - this spacious and well appointed 4 bedroom home has everything you need and more. With a west facing view, take in our beautiful New Mexico sunsets, and even catch a glimpse of the annual Balloon Fiesta from the back patio!

4 Private bedrooms, including a FIRST FLOOR Master with King bed and en suite bathroom. 3 upstairs bedrooms furnished with queen beds, a pull out sofa, plenty of comfortable couch space to relax, and an air mattress available on request!

This property was lovely and better than the listing portrayed. Perfect for kids ages 5-10, the backyard was like a big sandbox but less messy. The inside was spacious, check in was easy, checkout was so easy, the neighborhood was great. We will absolutely stay here again.

Kitchen was full equipped; however you do need to take your own cooking oil etc. Beds were super comfortable, huge space to gather, eat, crafting, etc.. Overall experience was great. Will keep this place in mind for next time. :)

Comfort, location, AMAZING!

In town with family for a retirement event. This sunset villa was perfect and so comfortable for our group. The property is in wonderful condition, well stocked, and perfect location. Highly recommend. We plan to be back to visit family and would love to stay again!

The house was in a great, safe location close to everything we needed to do on that side of town. We had a family wedding at the Sandia Resort and didn't want to try to wrangle 4 small children for 4 days there. We were just a few minutes away from the resort as well as a few minutes away from my father in law on Montgomery/Eubank. There is a Trader Joes nearby as well as other grocery stores, restaurant and even a Kohls for last minute wedding socks :)

Great family gathering place

We had a very nice 4 night stay and had family come down from Farmington. We all had our own rooms for privacy but also had relaxing social areas. We especially enjoyed the back patio each evening.

Weekend stay in ABQ

The property was overall good. Clean bathrooms and the home is nice. The air mattress was broken and leaking which was a problem. The location of the home was great, lots of good restaurants nearby. The communication with the property manager was good.

Great Albuquerque location

Perfect for small twice yearly small board two day meeting. All had own space and food could all be brought in. Very convenient/clean/great views/location.

Great stay for a large group!

Nice and clean! Plenty of space for our group. Great location that’s in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows and the water runs hot! Awesome place and would recommended to anyone!

Granddaughter birthday

We were in Albuquerque for the birthday of our four-year-old granddaughter and our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the location of the home. It was very clean and well put together. Thank you for prvoviding our family a nice home to stay in.

Birthday Fun in Albuquerque NM

Enjoyed the space and the amenities. The house was well stocked and the linens were new and fresh. We also enjoyed the back patio in the evening. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with.

Great house and location!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was convenient to nearby shopping and dining. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We liked the open space and comfort of the house. It worked out great for having family visitors throughout our stay. Check In/Out was easy. The Host is friendly and responsive. Highly Recommend.

Board Meeting

This was a perfect location for a volunteer organization yearly board meeting. Plenty of space for business meetings. Great kitchen for meals. And everyone had their own room in the evening. Lovely view from back porch.
