Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Deluxe Studio room with a Deck is a studio room with a living area, kitchenette, and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. The large spacious deck features sunset views of the Folly River. Our boutique Hotel Folly is located just steps away to Folly's popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck, settle in with a drink and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sun setting over the Folly River at the “Edge of America”. This deluxe studio room is on the third floor.

This room is 350 sqft. with a 80 sqft. deck, for a total accommodation of 430 sqft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

Folly Beach Fun

We enjoyed our stay on Folly Hotel. The room was very clean, and close to all the fun in downtown Folly Beach. Communication with the host was superb and the check-in and out instructions were simple and easy to follow.

Clean & comfortable!

Perfect place to stay for overnight trip to beach! All the amenities in place & looked exactly like photos. Enjoyed the sunset from the private balcony & easily walked a few blocks for dinner. A bit noisy from being in commercial district but plenty of notices this would happen. Will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay even though it was a quick one night trip. Our keypad code didn’t work but we were able to get in our room quickly once we got the service desk on the phone and they gave us a different code. Clean place and very nice room!
