This 3rd floor studio condo at the Pinnacle Inn Resort. Move in ready come for a quick getaway or stay for a month to escape the heat. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, television, wifi and everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. Onsite amenities include indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor tennis courts, 9 hole mini golf course. The resort is close to the center of Town so you can walk to the General Store, the Brick Oven Pizzeria and lots of hiking and biking trails.

Not Great

The day of check in I received a call telling me that the unit I booked was no longer available due to “drama with the owners”. I was told I was being upgraded to a better unit. The “upgraded” unit was an extremely outdated studio (not a big deal, but I would have hated to see the original unit if they considered this an upgrade lol). My major complaint is that the unit’s heat and hot water did not work. We were only there for a single night for a wedding so we did not have time to reach out for assistance. Thankfully, the unit had plenty of throw blankets; though my husband did have to take an ice cold shower. The description also lists a hot tub in the community that also doesn’t work.

Quaint little Comfy Condo

Nice little condo. Great views. Comfy bed and pillows. Walking distance to famous Fred's General Store and other restaurants. We will come back.

Perfect location

Unit was nice. Well equipped kitchen. Board games were a fun touch. Very close access to communal pool, hot tub, ping pong, etc. which my kids and I enjoyed. Easy parking. Perfect location. Very close to the few restaurants in the area, Fred's Mercantile (where we rented our equipment, got snacks, etc.) and the overflow lot and shuttle (necessary on Sat/Sun if you're not an early riser). Very nice stay.

Great getaway

Very easy check in process. Everything we needed for a weekend in the mountains. Good view. Convenient to everything. Walk to general store and restaurants. I’ve stayed at the complex before and this unit was really good. Access to indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. Nothing to complain about. Kids were happy too!

Absolutely Horrible Experience!

This place was absolutely disgusting! There were dead bugs all over the unit. The stove and oven were filthy. The condo was in total disrepair including the entrance area that was under construction. Carpets were stained and dirty. Bathroom was gross. Please look at all the pictures I posted in the review. I cleaned the best I could do when I was going to move in but I had to work and I could only do so much. When tried to communicate with the rental agent I was told the would refund my cleaning fees. They never did this. When I called again to ask for the refund they told me no that they had given me the best price they could and if I did not like it I could get the hell out! Well, I did. I found another rental and I moved out after spending one miserable night in this dump! Now for the icing on the cake. They charged me for 4 nights plus they refunded non of the other fees (as promised). The one night in this filthy condo cost me almost five hundred dollars! Stay far far away from this host Beech Mountain Chalet Rentals.
