All you need to do is Show Up and Enjoy! Cabin 109 is one of the few cabins with the wild life reserve and lake views to the back of the property. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home within the Bridges Bay Resort cabin complex is fully furnished and can accommodate 12-16 people. 6 daily Water Park Passes are included with the rental, and as our guests additional passes can be purchased. Have cookouts, relax, and make memories on the large outdoor patio with amble seating.

Free Wi-Fi and CABLE Tv provided to our guests. Large flat screen TV on the main level with Blu-Ray player and Bluetooth sound bar.

Resort amenities include indoor water park, outdoor water park with swim up bar, hot tubs, basketball court, arcade, fitness center, zip line, wedding event center, fishing ponds, a pool within the cabin complex, and much more.

Enjoy campfires at night with the newly added wood burning solo stove fire pit and during the day feel free to use our provided yard games.

This fully furnished cabin is equipped with all the necessities you will need including towels / linens, kitchenware, hair dryers, extra blankets / pillows, and much more.

Washer / Dryer on the first floor and stocked with Laundry supplies.

2 Bedrooms on main level including a master with a king sized bed, the other bedroom features a queen over queen bunk beds. Living room couch also pulls out to a queen bed.

Open concept main level also includes a kitchen with a raised island, spacious living room, dining area, and a full bath.

The Spacious 3rd bedroom / loft features a full over full bunk, twin over full bunk, full sized futon, and an additional full bath. Some of the best views can be captured from the loft.

Resort restaurants include the pickled parrot cantina, the blue water flatbread pizza company, bracco waterfront restaurant / island bar, and the waters edge American grill.

Enhanced cleaning practices in place with professional cleaning company, and guests can enjoy a check in and check out process with no person-to-person contact.

Fantastic 4th of July

We were a group of 4 kiddos and 6 adults for 4th of July weekend. This place was in a great spot and we loved backing up to the quiet of the preserve. The place is as described in the photos. We had great immediate communication with Adam. Everything we needed was in the house. Bonus, the neighbors were super fun and nice! Highly recommend.

Nice Little Cabin

This was a nice little cabin. For us, we would probably not stay here again. We have been staying in a couple different cabins at Bridges Bay for the last 12 years. Other cabins have worked better in terms of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. This cabin looked to be more of an investment property instead of an owner. I feel owners take more pride in their cabins. I could be wrong. The cabin had quite a bit of damage from walls, floors, missing ceiling lights, other lights not working, kitchen table cracked in half, and beds that were less than great. This cabin is one large open room for the most part, so the noise from kids, to tv, to conversations can get loud. There was also only one tv in the cabin. Other locations we've stayed had a tv in the bedrooms, upstairs living space, and main floor living space. Don't read all this as complaining, this is just our opinion of what fits our needs and how we like to live. It was a nice small space, just not where we will stay again.

Wedding weekend

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The first 2 nights we stayed with our youngest 3 children and the last two nights with 6 more of our kids and a couple of boyfriends. It was tight but we all fit. Bathroom sharing worked fine too. Most meals were out and about but I was able to make breakfast the morning we left for everyone. We ate in shifts which worked too. It was a good stay.

Too small for 15 people looked a lot bigger in pictures , we made do. Guest room on main floor lower bunk was very uncomfortable for the couple and we found out the last night that the board underneath the mattress was broken, dryer was drying very good and vents were cleaned inside and out.

Great location

Overall the property was great. We were able to check in a little early as we arrived earlier than the 4pm check in time. The firepit/solo stove was full of beer cans and cigarette butts from previous guests (we cleaned it out to be able to use it). The picture showed a picnic table out back, but that was not there. We enjoyed the cabin though. Inside of cabin was clean and ready for our stay. Very close to pools, quiet at nighttime, lots of yard games in the garage to keep the kids entertained in the evenings. Location was great...close to many activities within Arnold's Park.

Long weekend Vacation

Cabin was a perfect fit for 12 people. Clean, checkin was easy, and Adam was very responsive when we had questions. Close access to the lake and Arnolds Park. Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone who wants to be close to the action of lake Okoboji!

Friends get away

Booked this for a weekend get away with friends. Adult only trip. House was great! Adam was super to work with. Didn’t need him for anything , but was great with sending the information the week of our little trip!

Everything about this VRBO rental was perfect. The description and information matched the location property to a T. The owner was super quick and prompt on responses and super friendly! The unit was clean and had all things needed. The location was great, the people in the close units surroundings were fun. We highly recommend staying at this property!

A nice space

The house was very comfortable and had tons of room for guests. The kids enjoyed staying in the bunks up in the loft area. It’s in a great area and walkable to the restaurants on the property. The address link is a little tricky if you use it to find the property because it doesn’t have the unit number on there so it directs you to a different house, so that was a little tricky to find. Also it would have been a nice touch to have body wash or shampoo/conditioner in the showers provided. I would stay here again and enjoyed our weekend at the property!

Girls trip

The cabin was perfect for our girls trip. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Access to the resort restaurants and water park was a bonus! We will definitely be back.
