You'll find plenty of space to unwind outdoors and indoors at this two-story home. Rinse off after beach days in the outdoor shower on the patio. Sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the picnic table. Step out the living room's sliding glass doors to the deck and enjoy afternoon beverages in the Adirondack chairs. The screened porch offers more space for chit-chat and cocktails.

The open layout of the home's interior makes it easy for your crew to socialize. While the chef in your group prepares meals in the well-equipped kitchen, perch at the kitchen bar. Share these meals at the adjacent dining table. End your days with a movie night on the living area's smart TV, featuring live TV using the Xfinity app.

This vacation rental is located in Ocean Ridge on Fairway 17.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase at the Wyndham Cafe, but there is no guarantee due to limited passes per day. These amenities include access to three pools, tennis courts, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground and beach cabana.
Streaming is available using your own accounts.
The gas fireplace is not operational.This unit is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort: No boats, trailers, motorcycles,
mopeds, campers, RV's or golf carts are allowed inside of the resort.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
