Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Family Ski Retreat
We loved our stay at this location! Being clean is a huge thing for our family and it met our expectations. We also loved that they responded quickly to all our questions. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because it did lack a few items for us. Those items were coffee filters, kleenexes, and extra blankets for pull out. I did let them know and they were thankful for my suggestions.

The unit is not well maintained and was unclean. Numerous bad staining on carpets, walls and trim. It sorely needs to have all the carpets replaced and to be repainted. Beverage items from the prior guest were left frozen and exploded on the porch. Large piles of significant bird droppings by the front entry. Also, all of the smoke and CO detectors had been removed from the ceilings and are sitting under the bedside table and in the kitchen drawers. I notified the management company about this as soon as we arrived and they said they would get back to me, but never did. I would not recommend anyone stay here at this price point until they have renovated the unit.

Following your visit, all CO and smoke detectors were replaced and properly reinstalled by a contractor, and we’re reviewing balcony and front porch cleaning with our housekeeping team. Poorly managed property
This property has so much potential, but it is very poorly managed. Many items did not work, and the management company didn’t respond to our requests. Great location and huge potential, but I do not recommend you rent this unit.
Here is a list of issues:
No WiFi
Fire place broken
TVs in bedrooms didn’t work
Multiple electrical outlets did not work
Steam room broken
Ripped sheet/comforter on beds

Nice Property
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was good. The home is located 5 minutes away from Keystone Lodge, which was great for our annual ski vacation. It also conveniently sits across from the subdivisions hot tub and entrance. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The 3 full bathrooms and the boot warmer were my favs about the home. The reason I gave 4 versus 5 stars is due to the heat vents in the two upstairs bedrooms not working. There were portable heaters in the closets, but the noise wouldn't allow them to be on all night. This was not ideal when the temp drops to single digits at night, thankfully the blankets were thick. Additionally, the tub in the master bath did not drain properly. So the water was 2 inches high during showers. I requested for someone to come and fix it, but was asked to use the plunger. The cleaning personnel should have recognized this issue prior to our stay, as it was an issue on day 1. Overall we enjoyed the stay.Having 3 bathrooms was
