We welcome you to stay in our luxurious one bedroom, two-bathroom condo, located on the ground floor, and situated directly on the Kapalua Bay Golf Course. Kapalua Golf Villas is one of Maui's most prestigious resorts, surrounded by the protected West Maui rainforest and two marine sanctuaries. Kapalua Resort is a special place, and is a short distance to Maui's top-rated beaches, champion golf courses, and award-winning restaurants.

Kapalua Golf Villa 11T3&4 offers privacy as well as panoramic scenic views. The expansive lanai offers lush, exceptionally maintained golf course landscape and peekaboo ocean views. Inside you'll enjoy the bright and spacious living area with Hawaiian inspired décor. Central AC will help keep the condo cool throughout, after a fun day in the sun. Prepare homecooked meals in your fully equipped, and well stocked kitchen, featuring all stainless-steel appliances.

The sizeable master bedroom features a King size bed, an ensuite bathroom offering an oversized vanity, large bathtub, and full-length mirrors adorning the closet doors. Enjoy lavish views from your master, with personal access to the lanai. This unique property has a second small bedroom space, furnished with a Twin bed, a perfect space for children. The guest bathroom has a beautiful stone wall, walk in shower and you'll also find a stackable washer and dryer, offering added independence and convenience during your stay. The living room also has a pull-out Queen size sleeper sofa available for additional guests. Both spaces have easy access to the very nicely appointed guest bathroom. (1 King bed, 1 Twin bed and 1 Queen Size sofa sleeper.)

Minimum of 4 nights. 17.962% State taxes added to all rates. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. There are no parking or additional resort fees.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.

Clean , as advertised, very quiet area , walking distance to beautiful places. All amenities as stated. Wi-Fi, TV’s , bathrooms, kitchen, washer dryer all in good working condition.

Loved our stay in Kapalua Golf Villa 11T4!
Condo was just as described and pictured. It was clean and comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. It was very quiet and is just up the hill from Kapalua Bay. The small extra bedroom is great especially for a teenager. Bonus- there are no stairs that you have to drag your luggage up and down. Would love to stay here again next year!

Perfect location
Place was neat and clean. It’s also quiet away from the hustle and bustle but just minutes away from shops and eats. Only qualm was one of the pools doesn’t have any water in it, but otherwise will surely book again .

Beautiful villa very quiet.
We loved the condo and all amenities were thought of so thank you for that. Appliances were brand new, washer and dryer were great. All rooms were very clean. We did find the second door to the outside (unit 11T3) that was not completely latched. We just shut it ourselves. The grounds were gorgeous, and within walking distance to a great beach and restaurant. We also dinned at the restaurant on the golf property and was very happy with that experience.
