Very nice

We have stayed here three times coming to see our son at school. It’s very nice and clean. The bed is comfortable and the living area is perfect.

Very Comfortable Stay

Nice, clean and comfortable unit! We were in town for Parents Weekend with our daughter and enjoyed our stay at this unit. No loud noise, amenities were ideal and convenient location back to GSU campus. We will be looking to stay again for future visits. Thanks

GS Family Weekend Stay

It was a great stay as the apartment was cute and cozy with all the furniture (beds/chairs/sofa) being comfortable. The location was amazing as we were able to walk to Dolan’s, downtown, have AM coffee at Cool Beanz, and enjoyed visiting the Farmer’s Market and Statesboro Visitor Center which were almost directly across the street from the apartment. The gas station across the street was also an easy walk to get drinks or anything else we forgot to bring. Our host was also very nice!

My Christmas stay...

I thoroughly enjoyed my overall stay. It was easy to find and parking was plenty. The property was just as they wrote in the VRBO. Day one there was an emergency issue as the pipes froze, but within a half an hour all was solved as the owners were very responsive to the problem.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment building. Perfect location close to campus, feels like home!
