The building is modern and has a swimming pool on the rooftop, a gym, cafes, and restaurants on-site. The building has 24/7 bilingual reception
Getting here is very easy and from here you can easily explore every corner of the city of eternal spring, Medellin!
This naturally lit apartment has everything you would need for your stay in the city:
A spacious master bedroom with a Queen size bed, private bathroom with hot water and towels provided, a large walk-in closet, smart TV and balcony in the room
The kitchen is very well equipped. It has an American-style bar, oven, microwave, and more important appliances such as a washing machine
Other full bathroom at the living room
You will also have at your disposal a TV room with a large smart TV, a hearth, and a sofa bed for extra guests
The building is modern, it has parking, a rooftop, a swimming pool, restaurants, cafes, and gyms. But you can also find supermarkets and shopping
I will give you the best tips to explore the city from south to north!
ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Los Balsos is one of the most exclusive areas in the El Poblado neighborhood of Medellin. The building is located near super markets and shopping malls. There are many trees in all the streets that generate a fresh environment.
This is a residential and safe area, with excellent access streets. You will have no problem requesting a taxicab or uber. The 24/7 reception will help you with everything you need and will give you directions to get around the city

Andrew's comments are totally false. We maintained communication with him and he never mentioned pest problems to us, no guest ever has. Mr. Andrew became upset when we made a complaint about multiple missing items and stains. Everything was clear in the inventory. We provide honest service to all guests.

Not bad but not great
Property love the area, en poblado gated parking. Property owner shared there were roaches never did anything stayed at this place for over a month and not really reactive. I paid to have place cleaned and bought roach traps. The master bathroom sink has been clogged since first time I’ve come, never done anything about it. Then they saw I bought insurance and put a claim to squeeze money out after I checked to replace a porcelan toilet that said was stained. It’s very hard to do that and it’s false. I won’t stay in this apartment anymore but suggest the building other land lords will treat you better.

The stay was ok.
The property was clean and in a good location. However, many things in the apartment were inoperable. Most importantly, the curtains in the bedroom were not even installed, let alone working, which made sleeping past sunrise nearly impossible. The iron and iron board were inoperable which made having wrinkle free clothes a dream. They claim they weren't aware of these things, but I beg to differ. After checkout, I'm charged $20 for a missing dollar store towel, which they merely can't find. (I have no reason to steal a $4 towel) Then charge me $40 for a baking tray (probably worth $5) that had baked on grease from previous tenants. I didn't even cook in it. I used it to store chicken I cooked in the stove top. Be aware!!! They will try to charge you fast anything and everything they can after you check out abs is hard to fight it unless you take pictures of everything before you use it.

This is unfortunate. Our main goal is to provide the best experience for our guests. Mr. Andrew brought guests to the apartment (we have no problem with that) but, 2 of the towels were missing and Mr. Andrew wanted to replace them with the cheapest towels on the market, we could not allow this, our towels are of much better quality. Additionally, the baking tray was destroyed, signs of overheating evident and the teflon is gone. The tray is no longer usable. We provide photos of its original condition and invoice of purchase. Mr. Andrew stayed nine nights, every 2 nights we communicated with him to make sure everything was ok, he never mentioned any issues with the iron or the curtain. We received 18 USD to buy the proper towels. The 40 USD for the baking tray was paid by Vrbo insurance. All photos and evidence were provided.
