Enjoy your next vacation at "Holly Haven" a quaint and comfortable 4 bed/2bath cottage close to the beach in the Bethany West neighborhood, located just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach.
The first floor of this beautiful home is an open concept area that has a sitting area and the main living room with a large screen TV. There is plenty of space in the living room for a movie night with a large sectional sofa and two extra sitting chairs. Off of the sitting area, there is an office space with an adjustable, stand-up desk and mini-fridge. Moving from the office space, you have the dining area with a table for 6 and additional seating off of the kitchen island. Off of the dining area, you have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Slow drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and standard stainless steel appliances.
From the kitchen, you come into the 1st bedroom with a new king bed and tv. Attached you also have the beautifully renovated bathroom with a large tiled, walk-in shower. On the second floor, you have the remaining 3 bedrooms. To the left, you have the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and the 3rd bedroom with a queen and a shared bathroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and shares the bathroom with the 3rd bedroom.
Stepping out from the kitchen you have the comfortable deck with seating for 7 and a small patio with 2 lounge chairs. After a long day at the beach, you can rinse off in the outside shower. This great home is waiting for you to make excellent vacation memories.
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
Bethany West is a neighborhood with two pools, a fitness center, a playground, a basketball court, pickleball, and tennis. There are many neighborhood activities available to guests at a small fee as well. Bethany West is convenient to everything Bethany has to offer and has a variety of trolley stops throughout the neighborhood. Amenity passes can be purchased for $10/day or $30/week/person. Just a short walk or ride on the Bethany Trolley to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.
