The lower, ground level of the property boasts a large entertainment room, complete with a dart board and ping pong table. There's a large TV complete with an incredibly cozy couch and two chairs. The other side of the room includes a unique and very comfortable queen size Murphy bed. Additionally on the lower level is a full bathroom and storage. Make your way up the spiral staircase to find the open kitchen, living and dining room including skylight and a fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking and baking gear, a double oven, microwave and full size fridge. The dining room table has 2 leaves to fit the whole family and accommodate all 8 guests. Enjoy playing the provided games at the coffee table or take a seat and enjoy your favorite show on the smart TV. You'll love the wrap around windows giving views from every angle. There's a large pantry adjacent to the kitchen with the essentials. The upper level also boasts a retreat like master bedroom complete with a queen size bed, sitting chair for reading, smart TV and walk-in closet with a storage drawers. Attached is a full en suite bathroom. Off the living room is another bedroom, complete with a full over full bunk bed, sitting chair, walk in closet with storage drawers and a smart TV. This level includes another half bathroom and laundry room. Take a step outside and you're welcomed by the wrap around deck for all of your relaxing or entertaining needs complete with chaise lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs to enjoy coffee and an outdoor dining set and a grill. As you head towards the waterfront, you can spend your evening sitting around the fire pit in the provided lawn chairs.

What else is included?
- Both full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All bathrooms & the kitchen also have lotion and hand soap. All of our toiletries are free of parabens, synthetic fragrance, sodium lauryl sulfates, phthalates, and anything derived from formaldehyde and are vegan friendly.
- The kitchen is stocked with a fully ready coffee bar including loose coffee for a full pot, coffee pods, individual creamer packets, sweetener and tea bags. You will also find spices and oils in the cabinet and cold water in the fridge.

The yard is fully fenced and dogs are welcome at our property. NOTE: No cats or other animals allowed. Guests are solely responsible for their pets.

While this property is located on the river, there is not a direct river access from it. There is a public input just across the bridge and down about an eighth of a mile. Hosts are not liable for any guest entering or accessing the river.
