The Space:
This mountain modern home has impressive and well-appointed spaces to come together with friends and family while on the adventure of a lifetime or a much-needed getaway. This luxury home has premium appliances and is one of the very few units in Big Sky that has AC for our warming summer months. The lowest level of the house is home to a two-car garage outfitted with a gear room, boot dryers and ski racks. Inside the residence, you will find the lower level contains a substantial mudroom, laundry room, half bathroom, and a bedroom with two bunkbeds. The bunkroom includes 4 twin mattresses total, a walk-in closet, dresser, and a full en-suite bathroom. Proceed up a quick flight of stairs to the main level to find a fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, another half bath, high vaulted ceilings, comfortable couches and chairs to make you feel right at home, a wet bar, large pantry, Smart TV, and a wood burning fireplace. In addition, the master bedroom with walk-in closets, a desk workspace, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and impressive en-suite bathroom is located on the main floor. To top it off, this floor gives way to two different decks. The back deck off the kitchen holds a BBQ grill and hot tub for guest use all year long. The second substantial deck can be accessed either from the master bedroom or living room and is outfitted with plenty of deck furniture, perfect for soaking up that Montana sunshine. The upper most floor has yet another living room which includes a game table, large L-shaped couch with a Smart TV, another desk workspace with a printer, and two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. While both upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and closets, one has an en-suite bathroom while the final bathroom is located in the hallway between the bedrooms, allowing access for those who are using the additional living room space. The layout couldnât be more ideal for those looking to spread out and come together in style.
In addition, the Town Center hillside location is ideal area for those looking to enjoy the incredible mountain town of Big Sky, Montana and itâs year-round outdoor activities. Located on the sunny hillside overlooking the twinkling lights of Big Sky`s town center, this property is a short walk or bike to restaurants, bars, shopping, ice skating, weekly summer concerts, farmers market, and Nordic ski trail system. In the summer, experience nearby mountain biking, fly fishing, golfing, rafting, climbing, trail running, horseback riding, ziplining, gondola tours up Lone Peak, and Yellowstone National Park tours. While visiting in the winter months, of course go ski or snowboard Big Sky Resort but we also recommend you give snow shoeing, ice skating, or Nordic skiing a try. Lastly, be sure to check out the local snowmobiling and dog sled tours for a truly Montana experience. We guarantee you wonât regret staying at this Big Sky retreat!

We highly recommend that our guests rent a 4x4 vehicle during the winter months (October-May). Please be aware that shuttle services must be booked in advance, and rideshare options like Uber or Lyft are unavailable in the area.
