Enjoy your stay at our cozy lake home in a waterfront community just minutes from the water & golf cart to cruise down to private dock to swim, fish,relax in the sun or tie your boat up. Access to over 800 miles of shoreline on Kerr Lake for fishing or water sports. Several marinas nearby for any boating needs while on water. Also several nearby boat ramps to launch your boat. The private boat dock will allow 2 boats to be tied off. Multiple outside electrical outlets as well as a large carport.
Come back to grill out on the private back deck with string lights to brighten the night, enjoy the fire pit and large outdoor table to have dinner or card games with friends and family.
Located just 3 miles from Carolina Bait & Tackle with grill inside as well as Dollar General for any last minute needs. Only 10 miles or so from town for fast food, grocery stores and a Walmart. We are only 20 minutes from Mariah Parham Hospital and under an hour to Raleigh, Durham and Wake Forest. Also check out Middleburg Steakhouse it’s a lake life tradition located in Middleburg .
A golf cart is provided as a courtesy for our guests.
You must be 18 yrs of age and have a valid drivers license to operate golf cart.
