This home is on œ acre in historic City of Snoqualmie with the back yard sitting right on Snoqualmie River.
The space
STOP *** Please read the following for consideration, BEFORE inquiring to book. ***
We ask that you abide by the following rules and respect our neighbors. If you are looking for a Party House, then this house IS NOT for you.

***Warning absolutely no access or swimming in Snoqualmie river. Any person is entering the river at their own risk***

The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. No exceptions. Visitors must inquire with owners. For your security, we have placed exterior cameras at the front doorbell, side driveway, and backyard area. This is to protect the home and to prevent liability. Covering up the camera without authorization will result in terminating your stay and you will be asked to leave without any refunds. If you are not comfortable with this policy, sorry but this home may not be for you. We love our fur babies however this property does NOT allow any pets. Please review the rules and policies to make sure this is the home for you as we don't want any miscommunications.
Did we say absolutely NO parties allowed ? We love our neighbors and like to keep it this way.

Now for the fun stuff. This 2400 square feet home is gated with full 4 bedroom 3 bath and secure fence surrounding. games, exercise bike, coffee ,outdoor gas and wood fire-pits, a bbq and picnic tables are awaits you to enjoy.This fabulous home is so close to Everything. 5 minutes walk to downtown snoqualmie and Mt Si golf course. 1 miles aways from snoqualmie falls and casino. There are so many trails around here. Mt Si. Twin falls. Franklin Falls. Rattlesnake lake

Beautiful property right on the water and within walking distance of downtown. Some perks: great lay out for a big group, ample parking for multiple cars, great outdoor hang out space. Some wants: dishwasher tabs to wash dishes, large serving bowls since you're cooking for a big group, better water access(it's just a wall of blackberries).

Great stay

We loved our stay at this large house. It had plenty of room for our large family. The common rooms, especially, were great for all and the beds were comfortable (not always the case with short-term rentals) The hosts were great and the rental process smooth!

Awesome super private home w beautiful scenery

The house was perfect for some of our family who came into the area for a wedding. Comfortable, super clean and modern. Gorgeous backyard right in the river. Would love to come back. Super easy communication with owner. 👍

Wonderful location!

A lovely place to relax and enjoy family. The house was spacious and the views of the river were amazing. We saw deer in the morning while eating breakfast. The outside fire pit was fantastic at night. We did have several spiders in the house that we took outside, that was the only terrible thing.

We had a really great time at this home. The backyard with a river view was a huge highlight of our stay. The house was clean and in a great location not too far from Safeway. Airy promptly responded to my questions and requests & I really appreciated her kind consideration. There were 7 of us staying there and the house was roomy and the table was large enough for all of us. The sofas were super comfy. There is a bathroom upstairs in one of the rooms, but the other two rooms will need to use the downstairs bathroom. That wasn't an issue for us, but it's something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility issues. Please be aware that this house doesn't have central air conditioning. Two of the rooms have fans and one room (and the living room) have portable acs. It might be a bit warm in the summer. We were there at the end of August and we only had one day when it felt quite warm inside. Overall, we had a great visit and with more portable acs, this would be a great place to stay again.

Failure to enter

VRBO Host failed to send entry instructions. Failed to answer my calls. My only option was to cancel my reservations and book a hotel room. VRBO customer service made the cancelation, however there was no compensation for inconvenience. This did not sit well with me or my displaced family and I will be sure to caution others when they book on VRBO

Lovely Setting/No Closets/1 Bath Downstairs

River setting is lovely. 2 bedrooms had no closets to hang clothes (1 locked & MBR full of owners stuff). Description is vague as 2 upper bedroom users must come DOWNSTAIRS at night to use facilities. Window screens are needed in kitchen & dining room for cooling, as first floor becomes a sauna when sun is out. Overall, a nice home

Rest and Relax

My husband and I booked this house for my family to meet us at (we had 5 adults ranging from 31- 89 years old, and one 4 year old). It was absolutely wonderful for all of us. The property is gorgeous, the house had so much space and everything felt so comfortable and clean. Our 4 year old was absolutely thrilled about the fantastic park a short walk away. She also loved that she had her own room with car beds! Would love to stay here again. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. We honestly had no issues with anything.

This home rests on a breathtaking stretch of land, surrounded by serene views and the quiet rhythm of nature. Each morning brought visits from elk, deer, squirrels, and geese—a peaceful reminder of the beauty all around us. The rooms were exactly as pictured, warm and inviting, and the dining area offered the perfect gathering place for our family to share meals and laughter. The kitchen was thoughtfully appointed with everything we could need. Our time here was nothing short of restorative, and leaving was far harder than we imagined.

This was a lovely setting and a nice home. Very clean, quiet neighborhood

Nice home with beautiful yard. Linens were nice. The house is near the football field of Mt. Si High School. We were able to walk to the field to watch the homecoming game. What fun!!

Tranquil beauty

This home is beautiful, immaculate and well laid out for a family of 8. The linens are excellent quality, the kitchen and dinning room is spacious, the bedrooms are perfectly designed and all areas of the home are child safe. The backyard is breath taking and relaxing! We enjoyed the grill and the beauty of deer and ducks! A beautiful home to enjoy time away, close to everything and the town surrounding has art, wine, ice cream and local restaurants are wonderful gems. Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!

Relaxing river view property

This home was incredibly relaxing. The back yard overlooks the river and has incredible views. The dining room is all windows and takes full advantage of the morning light. The home is close to amenities, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely book this property again!
