Hi Danielle, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t go as smoothly as we’d hoped. We understand the AC issues were a major inconvenience. We did our best to get the technician out quickly and fix the problem, but we know the discomfort it caused was significant. Our apologies for any miscommunication regarding the timing of these visits. Regarding the unannounced visits, we always aim to keep our guests in the loop. We’ll definitely work on our timing to ensure better coordination and give you the heads-up you deserve. As for the dishwasher, it’s a bit of a mystery to us too. None of our previous guests reported issues, and it wasn’t brought to our attention during your stay. Usually, a quick reset of the GFCI resolves any problems. We’ll make sure everything’s clear and in perfect working order for future guests. We also understand that discovering termite eggs and a centipede in the bathroom was unsettling. We are actively working on a permanent solution to ensure this doesn't happen again. We’re sorry for any frustration caused. We really did try to tackle each issue promptly, and it’s a shame we didn’t meet your expectations this time around. Your feedback is super helpful, and we’ll use it to up our game. We’d love another chance to show you a better experience next time.
