Lakeview Cottage 01 is the perfect getaway for your next trip to Park City! In the heart of Park City's Park Meadows neighborhood, this Lakeview Cottage offers panoramic views of Park City Mountain Resort, with the Park Meadows CC golf course fairway in the foreground as the backyard at this location.

Park Meadows is a beautiful residential section of Park City, with Lakeview Cottages being one of the only vacation rental locations among majestic estate homes and ski slope view properties used as private residences.

Lakeview Cottage 01 offers large picturesque windows and vaulted ceiling space that feels spacious and inviting. A King master suite and a bedroom with two Twins has the Cottage sleeping 4 and a floor to ceiling rocky mountain grand fireplace and cozy living area perfect for entertaining. A well-stocked kitchen opens up into the living area, along with a dining area for formal meals.

This property is adjacent to free public transportation and on a flat parcel, which is ideal when walking one block to the street corner with ski gear, if you wish to take Park City's public transportation to any of Park City's three world class ski resorts for winter adventure.

Driving by car you will reach Park City, the Canyons or Deer Valley ski resorts in roughly 10 minutes. The property is also just a few blocks from the Municipal Athletic Recreation facility, perfect for a summer stay where guests can enjoy the pool, tennis courts, and fitness facility by purchasing a guest pass.

Perfect Cottage

The cottage was very close to everything. Within minutes to Main St and 12 minutes to the slopes. Having a parking space in the garage was a bonus. Not to mention it was very clean with comfortable beds. Beautiful view from this cottage too.

The view was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. It had a homey feel to it. Cleanliness is very important to me and it was clean.

Park City condo

Beautiful view, right on the the golf course. Beds were very comfortable and it was great having a private parking garage. With the kitchen and separate bathroom sinks for each of us 4, it worked out perfectly for me and my family.

Great views

Property has a great location and great views. The only thing I would advise is make sure the property manager and/or HOA has dealt with the wasps that get into the unit from the ceiling. A few got in and the neighbor said they have a hive in the ceiling, if it's a winter visit no worries.

Nice place. Great views.

Place was nice with a great view of golf course and nearby mountains. For skiers, the walk to the shuttle is level but it is 2 1/2 blocks. Best to leave ski/boards on the mountain. We found the unit fully equipped for cooking etc. A pleasant place for a small group or family.

Relaxing get away!

Just what we needed! This getaway was just as described, beautiful view, quiet location. Relaxing by the fire to watch geese and deer gave us the wind down we needed. The home is beautifully appointed with everything needed and spotlessly clean which is nice for us picky people! Bed was very comfy. Wonderful set up to get away for some quiet time but be near fun stuff to do. We enjoyed the stroll downtown with its art galleries, driving Provo Canyon and exploring the cities in the surrounding area including some great thrift shops and my favorite Kringle's Christmas Shop! Thank you for sharing this lovely home.

quiet, private and lovely view

Lakeview Cottage is very quiet and provides privacy with a lovely view...all things I value in a vacation stay. There was a malfunction in the fireplace over the weekend, and the repairs were done quickly, which i greatly appreciated. The only suggestion i have is that the kitchen might benefit from some cabinet organization and the inclusion of supplies like basic spices and a few paper goods etc. (often included in other properties Ive rented) I would rent this property again! thanks.

Great Location & Awesome Stay

The property was perfect for us! We rented a car but having the free transit was a bonus when we wanted to get downtown. Only issues at the house were 1) shower did not drain properly and could cause an overflow issue 2) Keurig did not work, 3) golf course groomers woke us every morning by 7:30am (but oh well). Overall, this was a wonderful place and we enjoyed watching the golfers even though we could not play the course because it is private but we played Park Cities Golf Course and it was beautiful. Great neighborhood to take nice walks and a great fitness center down the street which we did utilize.

Comfortable get away

This property is in a residential neighborhood within walking distance to my cousins house which is why we initially selected it. The property is a 10 minute drive to the main street shopping stretch, 5 minutes to Kimball Art Center, Red Flower Glass Blowing and grocery shopping. We were a party of three, myself, my mother and my daughter. The property was very spacious for three and we appreciated that the bedrooms were on opposite ends of the house and that living room/kitchen noise did not disturb those who were sleeping. It was super nice to have garage space and we were provided with a garage door opener. We did not cook at this property, so I cannot comment on how well it was equipped.

A Park City Neighborhood tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Minutes away from Christys Sports, grocery stores, great restaurants and shopping, and less than 10 minutes away from Main St. A beautiful 2/2 w/ an inaccessible loft (they should change that!) with an incredible view of the mountains from master bedroom and living room. Everything was well maintained and updated. Gas fireplace came in handy during a major blizzards. Access to a garage and guest parking available. No hot tubs outside, but master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, master bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. Only complaint is not having a place to store wet boots or a better method of drying them off when you walk in. This is a great place to stay if you plan on skiing/snowboarding in park city without breaking the bank. Other mountains (Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird, Alta) are about 45-60 minutes away, but prepare to wait an additional 45-90 minutes waiting in line to get into these places as there is only one way in and out of these mountains.

Park city golf course condo

This condo has 2 separate beds & baths and a nice view. It's a little crowded with furniture and we had to put our suitcases near the entrance & dining table bc the twin bedroom has no room in the closet for a suitcase. The master bedroom is great - and the bathroom is updated nicely. The twin room you can hear the air conditioner right outside the window. They need to clean the outside furniture bc the magpies are using it & we were unable to sit or use that. Not sure how to control that. They left some items to help make a salad dressing which was nice. We loved the location and they were super nice when we had an issue trying to turn on the shower and came right away. I would book directly with them next time. They are available by text and very responsive. Good rental company. I would suggest the owners clean out furniture and make the outside more accessible as it's a beautiful spot that we couldn't use.

Park City Villa - An Awesome Experience

First time in PC, so it was quite a treat for me and my wife. First time with Vrbo as well, and I was a little gunshy just because I'd never done a private residence before, but now I'm hooked. My wife snores - it's impossible to sleep in the same room - so this vacation I suggested finding some sort of cottage where we both had our own room. This place was almost perfect, although there were a couple of things that lessened our enjoyment: the low pressure of the toilet in the master bath made it unusable. Also, there was never any hot water in the sink of the master bath, although the tub could be filled with hot water. The shower in the master bath did not work at all. The only other complaint was the overpowering fumes coming from the adjacent garage, which I'm sure the owner of 2001 has no control over, but you couldn't spend time in the garage because of the toxins and when we did park in the garage, it took a half hour before the fumes in the car dissipated. Overall, our vacation was a huge success thanks in great part to Vrbo and the beautiful villa.

Without great communication, we are not able to make improvements to our properties, so this is wonderful. We will jump to it in having our maintenance team out to evaluate the water flow and most certainly address the master bath. This is crucial to us! We would absolutely love to have you back again next year, and the Lakeside Cottage location is just perfect...quiet, serene and close to everything Park City has to offer. This time with powerful water pressure and perhaps with a new guest next time at the property next door, that has an electric car! Beautiful Views!

We just had the most wonderful stay at this home. The views are from every room. It had everything we needed and felt like home. Easy access to mountain and town. We cooked a lot and there was Everything we needed. Very comfortable beds I must add. We will be coming back soon!
