The apartment has an elegant and urban design with a unique touch. Decorated in neutral tones, we want this space to feel like an oasis in the midst of the dynamism of the city.



The Space:

We integrate a work area so you can stay connected or finish your office tasks, or if you prefer just watch your favorite movie on our projector and live the experience of home theater!



The department motivates you to feel at home, since it is fully equipped, so you do not have to worry about anything. (King size bed, premium amenities, Streaming Channels, Bose speaker and Nespresso machine).



Guest Access:

The entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please make your self at home!



The sofa bed is enabled with an extra cost of 15 USD or 300 pesos. (There will be no extra cost in the payment of the extra person)



The Neighborhood:

We are located next to the offices of the Benito Juarez Mayor's Office and one block from Parque de Los Venados, the Joaquin Gallo planetarium. The "Parque de los Venados" metro station, which is two blocks away, will allow you to connect with the main metro lines to reach any part of the city. We are two kilometers from the emblematic neighborhood of Coyoacán, where you can visit Frida Khalo's house.Shopping centers such as Plaza Universidad, Patio Universidad and Pabellón Universidad, are a few streets away on foot.



Within the Parque de los Venados, you can find a playground for children, as well as sports fields, an outdoor gym, fountains, a nursery and an open-air theater.



Of course, around the park you can find runners, which you can use to build a circuit of almost 1 kilometer inside the park.



As part of the complex, there are the facilities of the Astronomical Society of Mexico, which consist of a planetarium and an auditorium.



Getting Around:

The best thing about this neighborhood is its central location that makes mobility very easy, you can rent a bike, use the Metrobus or if you have a lot of energy you can walk.



You also have the subway (Parque de los Venados Station) which is a 5-minute walk away, and it is also possible to use the local buses that run along important avenues such as División del Norte and Universidad.
