This furnished home is in the heart of the South Bay's Sunnyvale, with headquarters to many tech companies. Situated to the north of Santa Clara and to the south of Mountain View, Sunnyvale is a mid-sized city with nearly 150,000 residents. The median age is 35 years old, with a male to female ratio of 50/50. Sunnyvale is best known for its downtown on Murphy Avenue, which still retains its small-town feel. There are two golf courses at the Sunnyvale Golf Course, including an 18-hole championship course.
