The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies you may need to cook like a professional chef - just bring the ingredients. High end stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and cooking utensils. Plenty of counter space to prepare and serve multiple families. There is a dining table and barstool seating at the island as well with enough spaces for 11.

The living room contains a smart TV, Pac-Man/Galaga 88 machine, board games, a skee-ball machine, and a large sectional couch with an optional pullout to sleep an additional 2 small children or adult. It is the perfect spot to relax with your favorite beverage and catch a movie, or have a family fun night with the games.
— Outdoor —
The pool is heated. There is an outdoor dining table that seats 6, perfect for an outdoor dinner or snacks by the pool. There is also an outdoor lounge area. Multiple lounge, Adirondack, and outdoor chairs are available for tanning, reading a book, or simply relaxing. Outdoor games include a giant Jenga set, mega connect-four, and corn hole toss boards. Pool rafts, inflatables, and towels are provided for your leisure.

This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is best suited for 4-6 adults and 4 small children
The primary bedroom has a California king bed and its own bathroom with a luxurious shower and soaking tub. A smart tv and dresser is provided in this room. This room has its own sliding door to the backyard, perfect for having a night time beverage or relaxing with a morning cup of coffee.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and a smart tv.
The third bedroom has one twin over twin bunk bed and a full size bed. This room is perfect for either kids or for a couple.

Mint Perfection is equipped with the fastest and best wifi available. Coverage is good in all rooms and outdoors.
All TV’s are smart TV’s, and we subscribe to Disney +, Apple TV+, and Hulu

Other things to note
There is no pool safety fence around the pool but childproof locking mechanisms are on all exterior doors.
The pool cover needs to be put on the pool nightly if you still want the pool heated the next day from October to April
PARKING - The garage will fit 2 small cars and the driveway will fit 2 larger cars/trucks.
Although this property is perfect for parties, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE party and event Policy. There is a strict noise disturbance regulation by the City of Phoenix, and all music and loud noises must not happen after 10:00 p.m. Please be respectful...
This property may have a noise aware device installed to monitor the noice level and ensure disturbances are regulated. It doesn't record conversations, just noise levels in decibels.
This property has a ring doorbell at the front door, 2 cameras in the front yard and 2 in the back yard overlooking the pool area
