This stay is located in the Southern Orchards neighborhood just a few blocks away from Children's Hospital, German Village, and Downtown Columbus. This home features recent updates throughout the home. New floors, drywall, and windows were installed in 2022 which makes the space very quiet! The kitchen and bath were recently updated as-well.

This home features two bedrooms and one bath with a fully fenced in back yard perfect for families or if you are traveling with a pet. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinner ware, cookware, and utensils. A toaster, keurig, and microwave are also provided. The living area also offers a pullout sleeper sofa that can sleep two additional guests.

This stay offers complimentary coffee, water, and a small selection of non perishable breakfast foods. There are also ZERO pre checkout chores to perform before you leave!


Parties and gatherings are NOT permitted.
The amount of guests staying in the unit should not exceed the amount of guests requested at booking and at no time should more than 6 guests be in the home. Guest counts may be monitored via external doorbell cameras at the front door. Please note management has a close relationship with local law enforcement and guests can be asked to leave at their own expense if any of the rules listed are violated.

When booking your stay please use valid and legitimate credentials. Please book with your full legal name, valid state issued ID, and a verified email address. It is against VRBO and our policy to book the home on the behalf of someone else or with the intention to sublet.

SMOKING POLICY
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the property. We reserve the right to charge a $500 Smoking Fee in addition to additional cleaning fees and cost of future lost business if the house smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter.

PET POLICY
Pets are allowed in the property as long as they are listed on the reservation prior to your stay. We do charge a one time pet fee per booking. This is not a nightly fee. Additional damages or extensive cleaning caused by pets will be requested post stay if needed. We ask guests to limit animals on the furniture as much as possible to avoid additional cleaning or damages to soft materials. Thank you!
