clean and quiet

We stayed at the house for a local event. Clean house and quiet neighborhood allowed us to rest between the events. Spacious living room and kitchen is good for a family. We would like to come back for a next event.

True Blessing

This home and our host were a true blessing when we experienced a house fire and needed a place to stay. Beyond this, we truly loved the home and the respite it gave, very clean, great outdoor patio to unwind, and special touches like a tea station made me feel comforted. Also the convenience of the location to shopping and restaurants was awesome. . Our host was an exceptional communicator and extremely accommodating and caring. Highly recommend!!

Nice neighborhood but needs serious maintenance

Large house with room for our adult kids during the holidays. Located in a nice, walkable neighborhood. The owner was very responsive when contacted about the smoke detectors beeping. However the house needed a thorough cleaning. There appeared to be significant water damage in the master shower and other small maintenance items throughout the house.

Lodging for out of town wedding guests

I had booked this VRBO for family members who were in town for my daughter's June wedding. It worked out perfectly!! The location was ideal, and the spacious accommodations were much appreciated! All guests enjoyed the coffee bar! Our host, Jeannie, was very responsive! I guess the people staying in the property prior to us had dogs. I let Jeannie know there was a lot of dog hair on the floors throughout the house. I wanted her to be aware since she was likely paying for a cleaning service, and was not getting her money's worth. Without any further discussion, Jeannie refunded the cleaning fee. I would highly recommend this quiet, neighborhood property for a friends or family gathering. Thank you, Jeannie. You are a great host!!

Beautiful!

Perfect for the purpose of our trip which was to stay in a home-like environment in which to visit with our friends. Location central to everything we needed and near our friends and church in the area. Clean and adequately equipped. Owner responded quickly to our messages. Very, very pleased. We felt like we were at home while away from home!

Family Trip

It was a nice stay. The beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels and shampoos. Didn’t use the kitchen other then to warm up food. Needs more plates and bowls. There were only 5 of each and house sleeps 8. Rugs and floors were clean and appliances were nice to use. I didn’t get a text with door code and for whatever reason the VRBO app would not open. I had to call Jeanie, but she was very helpful and no big deal, but that did make me very nervous. We would book this house again. Great to have 4 bedrooms and very spacious house. The only thing I’d improve is more things in the kitchen, dishes, silverware, serving bowels for those who cook (like me).
