Villa Ambra is located in Ćœbandaj, a green suburb of PoreÄ. With its large swimming pool, surrounded by greenery and olive trees, it was built on an estate of 1200m2.
The villa consists of two luxuriously equipped separate apartments, with entrances on opposite sides of the villa, one of which is connected by internal stairs with a common area in the basement, ideal for social get togethers.
It has a total of 10 +2 beds, 3 kitchens and 3 bathrooms. The villa is ideal for holidays of two families, groups of friends or families with older children who want to have their privacy.
The property is completely enclosed by a wall within which it is possible to park 6 cars.
The large garden allows undisturbed enjoyment in your favorite hobbies, drinks, socializing, relaxing on comfortable sun loungers by the pool, or for the more active ones, playing basketball and table tennis.
One of the advantages of the villa is its location and the fact that the grocery store and a café can be found withing 200 m of the villa, while an excellent tavern is only 300 m away.
Beautiful beaches with rich content can be found within 7 km from the house, and the distance to the city of Porec is 7 km or 7 minutes by car.
